I bought this in queen size a couple of months ago and I think it's great. A true medium firmness. I had bought the 13" eurotop members mark medium firmness hybrid before buying this mattress and it was stiff as a board and it held heat like a pure memory foam. I returned it after a couple of weeks. This mattress is very cool to sleep on as well as plush enough for a 240 pound side sleeper like me w/o being swallowed up by the mattress.

I recently purchased the Hotel Premier Collection Medium Firm Mattress, and overall I'm really impressed. Hard to say long term how I would rate this mattress and I don't think you'll ever find one outside a sleep number where both people are fully happy. I will say the matress in comfy. To husband it's more springy than our prior mattress. Not to the point of disrupting the other person, but you can feel the springiness. It is a great side sleeper mattress. Took a little more than 24 hours from opening to be ready to use. Has a nice removeable topper for washing. The topper is smooth so our egyptian cotton sheets come off easily, whereas the basic flannel stays on better. Husband does think mattress feels warmer than out previous, but I didn't notice.

I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

I first slept on this mattress at my friend's house in her guest room. I had a wonderful ngihts rest. I had recently purchased a mattress of my own. But after trying sleeping on this mattress, I had to return my previous purchase. This mattress is a 10 out of 10.

We got the medium for my son who's moving out. The mattress itself is super nice and comfy. The top is squishy which is great and what he wanted, but with some firmness. The only issue is that one side does not expand to the height of the other. We keep the smaller side at the foot of the bed. I measured and one part is at 13.5" while the other is at 13", so not quite the 14" advertised. This leaves the covering a little loose. I believe the unevenness is due to it being rolled and the inner part that is compressed the most has been comprimised.

Got this for my son who was sleeping on a very old mattress. He was waking up with a sore back most mornings. He slept better the very first night and his sore back is gone. Not too firm or soft - just right.

I love how this mattress is shrink wrapped. It is easy to move into any room. I allowed it expand for about 48 hours. I love the quilted top and the sides are darker. The mattress is very comfortable. It was the best sleep that I had in a while.

I've been sleeping on the Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. Before switching to this mattress, I was using an old spring mattress and waking up every morning with severe back pain—it was even difficult just to get out of bed. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I've now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I'm consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There's a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there's still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it's definitely a two-person job. Overall, if you're dealing with back pain and need a supportive yet comfortable mattress, this one has been a great fit for me.
