I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don’t notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.

I first slept on this mattress at my friend's house in her guest room. I had a wonderful ngihts rest. I had recently purchased a mattress of my own. But after trying sleeping on this mattress, I had to return my previous purchase. This mattress is a 10 out of 10.

Hard to say long term how I would rate this mattress and I don't think you'll ever find one outside a sleep number where both people are fully happy. I will say the matress in comfy. To husband it's more springy than our prior mattress. Not to the point of disrupting the other person, but you can feel the springiness. It is a great side sleeper mattress. Took a little more than 24 hours from opening to be ready to use. Has a nice removeable topper for washing. The topper is smooth so our egyptian cotton sheets come off easily, whereas the basic flannel stays on better. Husband does think mattress feels warmer than out previous, but I didn't notice.

You guys this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. It keeps me cool it’s soft yet firm in someplace. It’s just like what my back needs very easy to get out of the box. The box was a little crushed when it came to my house, but other than that, everything was in tapped very easy set up and so very comfortable!!! I’ll probably end up having to upgrade my children children’s beds to this brand

We absolutely love this mattress! The mattress is so incredibly comfortable. We love that it is Cooling so it helps us not sleep so hot and helps ensure that we get a full nights rest. Our kids always ask to sleep in our bed because it’s so comfortable

No need for anyone to sleep on the mattress purchased at our local store for our guest room. Purchased the medium firmness %26 knew as soon as we sat down on it that the mattress was FAR too soft and had little structure to it. After reading several reviews that claimed it was like sleeping on a brick, we felt confident this would be a supportive mattress for our guest room. We didn't even place sheets on it and offer it to a guest to sleep on because it was so soft. The sides also sink low when sitting on them because there is no structure to support it. The cover is far to big for the filling - a gap of about 3" . The mattress is not returnable to the local store. So, after calling and getting a "new A.I. agent" who only said it couldn't be returned because it cost too much, I made it to a human working in a call center who had such a bad connection it was hard to communicate with him. I was transferred again "to someone who could help me" who did put a request in to have the mattress picked up. Refunds are not issued until after the mattress is delivered to their warehouse after an outside company picks up. 24-72 hours for the delivery company to call to setup a pickup time , unclear how long that might take. Was told it takes 5-7 days AFTER pickup for item to make it to the warehouse to be processed for a return. So no, this mattress is not "hotel quality" in the slightest. Don't be fooled by the name on the box or sleek advertising. This is a HUGE waste of time %26 a poor quality product. Unfortunately one would not know this until you purchase the box %26 open the mattress because it is not open in store to try. I would not recommend this producte even for an occasionally used guest space.

We have had this mattress less than 3 Months and it already has dents where we sleep. The one side never even rose all the way full so there is a slant Off the side

We ordered 2 Twin XL mattresses. Boxes claim to be Twin XLs but when we opened the boxes and allowed the mattresses to expand they measure as a regular Twin size mattress, 5 inches shorter than a Twin XL. All tags on the mattresses claim to be Twin XL.

1 year review of the medium mattress by a 230lb side sleeper: Month 1: Foam was is so thick, its cloud like. Felt more like a plush than a medium. Months 2-3: Perfect. Slept great. Months 4-5: Noticing the foam layers are beginning to lose their loft. Month 6: Foam is starting to bottom out, I began to feel the coil spring layer on my side. Months 8-9: Mattress foam was no longer providing any support. I felt as if i was sleeping on a firm coil spring bed. I began thinking I'm going to need a new mattress soon.. 12 months: Mattress has been replaced and now in the towns dump where it belongs. I had high hopes for this mattress but the long term just isn't there.

This bed is a god sent from the moment I set it up and I slept in it that evening I have been able to sleep soundly. I have a few medical problems where I could not get comfortable sleep on any mattresses I was beginning to give up hope. I saw this frame and mattress in Sam’s Club and decided to give it a try. It also helped that it was on sale . when I tell you I haven’t slept as good in over three years it’s not a lie, came changer. get it today
