Hotel premier hybrid matress so far has worked well. It did have a smell that is normal and went away after a couple of days. I washed the top cover immediately and it helped with the smell. There is no wash instructions so I washed it as delicates. It did feel really fresh but after adding a matress cover and sheets, it still feels a little cool. But still cooler than regular matresses. Only real complaint is the fitted sheet comes off sometimes when laying or sitting close to a corner. Hopefully stays the same firmness after a year.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality and extras of this mattress. It's always fun to watch one of these compacted mattresses spread itself out on your bed. Because this mattress has a foam top it does take a few days for the foam smell to dissipate. Once it has, you find the mattress to be extremely comfortable. The mattress also contains springs for better support, side handles for easy movement and a zip off top that can be machine washed. What you get is luxury and practicality. I have slept so well without any pressure points and I highly recommend this mattress.

Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!

Best nights sleep i have had in such a long time. This mattress is plush, so comfortable, its perfect for me. Its thick perfect firmness for my confront level. Its high which is great. I don't like thin mattresses. Great quality. Its expands very fast and adjust. This is an awesome matress. Its memory foam 5". Its great for my back. It has cooling technology. Its just amazing. We love it.

I've been sleeping on the Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I've now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I'm consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There's a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there's still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it's definitely a two-person job. It came shipped in a box and wrapped up. It has instructions to unwrap and must set for 72 hours to fully inflate up. Once we got this situated, you get a great size mattress. Cooling fabric, handles on the size and zipped enclosure so you can wash. We enjoy the comfort of this mattress. My daughter insists its her favorite comfy bed.

This mattress is AMAZING! It is medium firm and I was a little skeptical at first because I typically only buy firm. It was easy to unfold. I loved it came wrapped twice with plastic so it doesn't just fly open as soon as you start to unpack it. The mattress is plush and you would think you are going to sink in but when you lay on it, it hugs your body. It provides so much support and is extremely comfortable. This is an absolute must buy. It is definitely a 10/10
