We purchased this mattress in Decembrr 1st, specifically because Sam’s Club stated it would arrive before we left for a month-long vacation. That turned out to be completely false. When we realized the delivery would be late, we attempted to stop it, but Sam’s Club’s customer service was an absolute nightmare—outsourced to a call center where communication was difficult, and in the end, they were completely useless. No surprise there—Sam’s Club’s delivery service is notoriously bad. Major Sizing & Build Quality Issues When we finally set up the mattress in January, we immediately noticed serious problems. It’s not even a true king size—it’s 3 inches too short and 1.5 inches too narrow. On top of that, the coil springs were sticking out on the ends and sides, making it uncomfortable and even painful to get in and out of bed. It feels like they forgot to add the edge band, making this mattress look and feel cheap and poorly constructed. False Advertising – NOT a Tempur-Pedic Alternative Sam’s Club advertises this mattress as comparable to the Tempur-Pedic Adapt Hybrid ($3,200 retail price)—but that’s completely misleading. My wife and I went to test the real Tempur-Pedic in-store, and there is absolutely no comparison. The Sam’s Club mattress lacks the comfort, support, and durability of a high-quality mattress. It’s just a cheap knockoff designed to trick buyers into thinking they’re getting a premium product. Deceptive Business Claims Even worse, Sam’s Club’s ad claims this company has been in business for 140 years—but in reality, they’ve only been making mattresses for a few years. This is just another marketing gimmick meant to mislead consumers. Final Verdict: A Complete Waste of Money This mattress is low-quality, falsely advertised, and sold at a price that tricks people into thinking it’s high-end. Between the delivery issues, false claims, and poor construction, this has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. If you’re considering buying this mattress from Sam’s Club—DON’T. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I absolutely hate the cover on this mattress! It's so slick the sheets have a hard time staying on and I feel like it moves every time I do at night. I don't feel like the mattress ever fully expanded especially one corner so the cover is also too lose. I got the twin firm, as far as sleeping it's satisfactory. The fact the cover zips off to wash is a great feature but please use better quality fabric!

Purchased King Plush Style. Wife is 130lbs and I am 200lbs. She is doing Well. I am feeling Sunk in already. Heavy Mattress. Overall Rate it a C. My hips when im on my back and side go in to far leaving my lower backside uncomfortable. I am 6ft tall so I'm not like im a huge guy. Unsure of this purchase. Maybe Medium would have been better.

Avoid at all costs. Mattress started to break down within weeks. And now I am dealing with customer service and that is a useless and extremely exhausting experience. Return started on 2-9 and it is 2-20 and I am still waiting for a call from the carrier. Have called Sam's Club 5 times now and each time am told ATI will contact you in 24 to 72 hours. Do not buy a mattress from Sam's. Quality is garbage and customer service is even worse!!!!

I've had this mattress for about six months now, and I'm a larger heavier guy. Every night of sleep on this bed has been great, it's just the right firmness, doesn't get to hot or to cold. So far there's been no loss or difference in firmness/comfort. Completely silent, and doesn't transmit motion when getting in or out of the bed. No real complaints to it, just make sure you have help carrying and unpacking it, it is very heavy.

Ordered King Medium. This was my first hybrid bed in a box. I have had the mattress for 6ish months... i am a side sleeper. Female, 53, 165 pounds and 5'4. At first it was good...but now my hips and lower back are hurting me. BTW I take Aleve at night too. The mattress has nothing wrong with it...no sag or indent. Just not working for side sleeping.

Ordered the "medium" version first. We are going to return it and exchange for the plush. My wife is a side sleeper, and I am a back sleeper. So, we're trying to find the "middle ground" where we're both comfortable. I will update this review (or post a second review) once we get the Plush version in. That said, the bed is comfortable and seems to be well made. We've been on it about a month now, and while we do like it, the medium is just too firm. We're 5'7"/5'10", and ~130-170 lbs. Hoping the Plush version is softer. That said, I called Sam's club service number. They are having someone come pick up the mattress. This is great customer service. In the meantime, I have ordered the plush. I'm hoping for the best, but also I am purchasing confidently because of the great customer service I just received.

I read the product details closely, reviews as well, though because of the many more positive reviews I’d try it. It was the WORST! For the price… that’s crazy, it’s so expensive and feels like an average mattress…. I was expecting that comfy hotel, luxurious experience and I got flea market mattress experience at 400$ heck no! Also the mattress smells so bad and I let it breath, expand as the directions say for 3 days. It smells like cancer, like you’ll get cancer. I’m a side sleeper so I need hip support but also needs to be soft and I occasionally sleep on my back but I felt the springs…. I’m also over 200 but the mattress says my weight is not an issue for the durability of the mattress. It feels soft at first, but after hours in it, one night is all it took for me to regret it. Buy this mattress if you are like 120-150 lbs and you like soft/med… or buy this mattress if you have an air b%26b rental for guest but I don’t recommend it. Hope this helps. The smell is like when you walk into a tire shop and that strong tire odor is punching your brain and lungs.

I purchased the Firm mattress and have had it about a month, and it has really made a difference in my sleep and helped greatly with my lower back pain. I would call it more of a medium firm, the memory foam top really adds to the comfort but there is a firm layer under that which adds great support. Sleeping on this mattress along with an adjustable base and I do not want to get out of the bed in the morning.

This mattress does NOT hold ip. We purchased it in September and it is already broken down. It was much more plush than expected, as well. Save yourself the hassle and get a nicer one elsewhere. This one was great for the first few weeks and has two holes where we have slept for barely two months! The motion transfer is awful, as well. Such a disappointment. We are returning it for a full refund, it hasn’t even been 90 days.
