It's firm with a little give and I've been having restful nights and even getting into deep sleeps that are giving me weird dreams!! I recommend this to anyone who likes a medium-firm bed. It's super heavy though so if you're by yourself when it gets delivered, GOOD LUCK getting it in your house and set up alone

The mattress is okay. Its pretty firm and not a lot of give to it. Its not like a typical foam mattress. My biggest issue is with the "pillow top". The mattress was rolled up and the pillow top part, as a result, is permanently sloped downward on the edges. It never puffed up like the rest of the mattress.So, there are quite a few inches on both sides that slope down also. It feels like you are falling out of the bed unless you are in the middle of the mattress. You cannot sit on the edge or you will slide off. It is disappointing and i wish i could return it.

I bought this mattress for a guest room; only two people have slept on it of which am not one of. I was told that it was not uncomfortable.This was after two nights of use. I would have used it myself but there was not enough time. Because it is shipped as a matress in box and it took four days for the mattress to fully expan'

I was a little skeptical at first because of the price and the fact it comes in a box. I’ve never had this before on high end brands but I sleep beautifully.

Mattress is uneven. Didn’t open properly. We opened it right away when it was delivered. It’s still uneven after a week of nobody sleeping on it. Highly disappointed.

The bed came packaged well and easy to place into position with two people. The bed took form quickly. I would suggest a a full 24 hours to wait to use. The bed while nice is quite firm. Definitely not plush.

The sides are way to soft for my liking. When you sit on the side of the bed it sinks way down. If you like the mattress to really sink down, then you’ll love it.

So comfortable, I was worried because the price was so good and it’s my first time buying online but wow it is so comfortable I can’t believe it. Ok so glad I bought this mattress

the bed is horrible, there was a hump in the middle of the bed, i thought well it needs to flatten out after 3 weeks now it still has a hump, how can i return this

Disappointed in the mattress-it’s been set up a week and the corners haven’t filled out. It sags at each corner. Glad it’s only a guest bed and won’t be used often.
