Mattress was lumpy when it fully expanded. Took a couple of tries to get it returned.

Mattress Crushed won't lay flat. We have been trying to flatten it out for weeks with no luck.

This was not what was advertised it was very poor quality and it was a major headache to return it.

Great mattress , really impressed how much this fluffed up when unsealed , my 13 year old loves it !

Zinus night therapy is a good mattress, Im sure, but mine is one of the lemons. It filled out with large lumps in the center, and never really smoothed out . Also didnt really fill out on the edges.

After unrolling it and giving it 72 hours to do its thing, there was a huge lump in the center. I had to weight it down for a few days and it’s still there but not as visible. My husband slept on it and he said it was fine.

Been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now. While comfortable the title is a bit misleading as this mattress does not have any kind of a box spring. It also appears a bit small.

Bought two of these for bunk beds, the kids were sleeping on the ones that came with the set and the older one was complaining about it being uncomfortable. Upon setting the beds up they were rather high for the top bunk but that's ok i'll modify the bunk and put a higher bar support if I have to. Anyway, I set up the beds and last night i decided to try it out... I laid down and wasn't even really that tired but wow, closed my eyes for a few mins and actually passed out! This thing is comfortable, and has an amazing firmness I didn't think it would have seeing as how it was packaged. Woke up 5 hours later with no pains and felt refreshed. There is a little new bed smell that will clear out in a day, but it's a small price to pay for the quality of the bed. I bought this a few days ago and received it today. I followed the directions on unpackaging and rolled it out onto my bed. I have this big lump in the middle of the bed. Has anyone had this issue? I can't review it since I haven't slept on it so that is why I am giving it 2 stars right now and also depending if this lump goes away, I might be sending it back.

I thought it was just settling from unrolling it out of the package but to this day only 3 months later it has these waves of lumps as if the coils or layers are all bunched up inside. I think it was just built wrong and defective. In the pics you can clearly see waves or bumps in the mattress. This is the inner layers. Also...the dark spots shown are not dirt. That is all pilling or lint from anything it touches. It catches any fabric against it and tears the lint off like a lint roller. I want to exchange it for a different mattress but dont know how to. Am very very angry about this. Waste of money. Is there anyone at Zinus who can help.
