I haven't been able to use the cleaner yet. On my first use I filled the clean water tank and it leaked out all over the floor. Probably will not be keeping this product since it has had an issue from the very beginning.

I purchased my carpet cleaner less than 3 months ago and its already not working! I am so disappointed with this product. My tank has warped and the tank pieces have fell out and will not go back in. I need a replacement tank ASAP!

The suction is great but took forever to prime the pump. I also had a difficult time getting the bottom tank lid to lock. Would help if there were better instructions with pictures.

I bought this carpet cleaner last year it worked until the water tank started to leak out under the bottom. maybe it was a small defect. Ordered same one with warranty the exact same thing happened

This rug cleaning machine really pulls up the dirt on rugs inside my home , was amazed what I seen! Absolutely love it ~highly recommended and easy to use! Hoover your the best :)
