I loved the ease of using this and cleaning with this. I used to rent a carpet cleaner and it never did the job this did our carpets looked brand new after!

My husband & I purchased two different Hoover models in less than 1 year & neither spray water. Nor can you get any assistance from Hoover! All you get is a BOT!

I haven't been able to use the cleaner yet. On my first use I filled the clean water tank and it leaked out all over the floor. Probably will not be keeping this product since it has had an issue from the very beginning.

I purchased my carpet cleaner less than 3 months ago and its already not working! I am so disappointed with this product. My tank has warped and the tank pieces have fell out and will not go back in. I need a replacement tank ASAP!
