I purchased my carpet cleaner less than 3 months ago and its already not working! I am so disappointed with this product. My tank has warped and the tank pieces have fell out and will not go back in. I need a replacement tank ASAP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some set in stains that traditional methods wouldn't get up. This machine did it! My carpets look brand new, and it was so easy to use.

The suction is great but took forever to prime the pump. I also had a difficult time getting the bottom tank lid to lock. Would help if there were better instructions with pictures.

I've been happy with all my prior Hoover carpet machine purchases. This is my 3rd one and I'm extatic. This design cleans well, dries fast AND it's so easy to clean the machine. Thank You Thank You!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is awesome! Best carpet cleaner I've ever used. It has an attachment hose, two tanks one for clean water and the other for the dirty.

So amazed, cleans the carpets so well. Juice stains, doggie pee stains and general graying in high traffic areas cleaned with one pass. Better than I expected for a reasonable price.
