Better then expected

After buying and returning 3 other carpet cleaners. I finally found a good one with Hoover! The power scrub xl does very well at removing stubborn carpet stains to cleaning up after a pet!

No good!

Unfortunately, this carpet cleaner turned out to be one of the worst I've ever purchased. Its performance is hindered by the constant need to stop and clean out trapped carpet fibers.

The Best Carper Cleaner.

Simply the best I have ever used Got this back in Nov 2025 and use all the time . Far above the car cleaners that start with a "B" . Had several before and they would leak and lose their suction. This is really a great machine.

leaks when not being used

i bought this i believe about 9 months ago and now off a sudden it leaks for the clean water/solution tank and i keep trying to get ahold of someone to help can t even find this bot they say they have on the website this is very annoying

I bought this machine used it for the first time and the machine leaked the remaining water all over my Harwood floors. I bought a carpet cleaner and not a hardwood floor cleaner.

Doesn’t work

I bought this a few days ago and it doesn’t work. Followed the instructions but water does not come out of the carpet cleaner. I have googled and tried everything but nothing works. It’s defective and I will be returning it.

Waste of my whole day

I just bought this came home at it up and all day I have been struggling to get it to dispense water alls it's doing is deep cleaning like a vacuum I will never ever buy another hoover again. I would have had a better clean renting a machine.

Water tank doesn't fit. Machine useless

I should have done more research when I saw that this item was deeply discounted. The clean water does not and will not properly fit, rendering the machine useless. I triple checked all connection points and everything else is seated properly, it's just a bad product. I discovered that several other people posted on the internet about this exact same issue.
