I've been using this razor for over a month now and I still haven't changed the blades! The razor glides across your face after a month just as if it were new out of the packaging. The Gillette Fusion Proglide coupled with the Gillette sensitive skin shaving gel have proven to be a great combo. And with the longevity of the life of the razor blade as well as the shave gel it will fit any budget. Overall I am very satisfied with this product! Thank you Gillette and bzzagent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] every time Gillette come up with a new product, I wonder what else left to be done. now I received a new Gillette Fusion proshield with flexball technology ( for free from Gillette ), my first impression was; does this really makes a difference, when I used it, I found it so efficient and convenient, the blades moves with the face in all directions and it is so thin, you feel that a light small surface touching your face(even though it is still 5 blades), most of the times I needed only one pass to get the results I need. it also move so easily, I think it is because of the lubrication effect on both edges of the blades, I totally recommend this product from Gillette.

I have used these blades for the past 6 years or so and think they are great. I use them for a month. My only complaint is new razor handles do not come with a holder like they used to. No where to put your razor when not using or to hold extra blades. Please fix this

I have been a Mach 3 user for years. I have tried other brands and they never seem smooth and leave me with cuts. I took the leap this weekend and bought the Pro-shield razor with flex-ball. I was a little concerned that if I did not like it I would be stuck with a money loss. Yet, I was so surprised. This razor was so smooth. Like shaving with a stick of butter. It glided over my face and left my face smooth with no cuts. Way to go, again I am a Gillette razor fan to stay.

I didn't really need it to improve, the shaving cream was great and the razor in combination was a VERY SMOOTH shave. But wait!!.... They came out with the fusion pro flexball and lotion bar all around the blades. WOW. I got one of these for free from Gillette for my honest review. I love the new flex ball. Very comfortable to use. I cut myself way less often. As for the shaving cream it doesn't dry your skin. They have a fancy new container for it that's kind of unnecessary, it's supposed to be mess proof and you close the top by twisting it ever time you want to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave up in using multi blade razors due to the fact that they are expensive and provided no real benefit over using a single blade safety razor. I guess I also just like to feel a little bit hipster as well :) When I got this in the mail i was a bit reluctant to try it, but I went straight ahead and ripped it open and let it glide against my face. I don't like using shaving cream much, so I shave after I shower with nothing more than a bit of water. The dual hydrating pads on the razor worked very well and kept the razor gliding without problem. I was very happy with the way that it handled my jaw line. It made my face smooth and left me with 0 razor burn!

The reason why I gave this product a four star rating is because I thought the razor heads that are made for this razor in my opinion are TOO BIG! They are almost built like a razor head for a female razor because the extra lotion strip is just too big unless you're just using this razor to shave your head and or your body then it's perfect. As for doing your face, unless you shave your whole face, it can be a little bit of an inconvenience. The extra lotion strip should either be made smaller or possibly be made optional to be removed and maybe put back on by the customer. I used the razor and along with the razor Gillette also sent me an extra head for the razor, so that's two heads along with a big can of Gilette shaving gel. So I used both products together and got a great shave!! But, I have a well groomed beard, not a really long beard but a beard. I'm really picky about my appearance and found it a little difficult to navigate the razor to properly make my beard and hairline straight and on point. Other than that the product is great and I will continue to use it! Thanks Gilette!!

I have used multiple razor blades, and of a person having a heavy beard growth, this razor maintains performance in every shave! So you don't have to go spending a lot of money on new cartridges every week! The flex ball helps navigate through edges like your jaw, which otherwise used to cut thru my skin. The Shaving Gel provided by Gilette adds additional lubrication for a smooth and hassle free shave. Overall, an Amazing Product!!

I'm still on the first cartridge and it's holding up with no drag or pull and is still shaving just as smooth as the first day of use. I'll update later but as of right now I'm sold!
