[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is absolutely for shaving I shaved my face and it didn't pull my thick hair like the other brands razors do. I am glad I got to try this I am definitely investing more money into more blades for this razor.

One slight problem was that I had trouble removing the little hairs at bottom of my neck. I still had to use an electric razor for that part which only took 10 seconds. Overall, great razor. I think I'll buy this brand next time I make a purchase. Thanks for the sample, Gillette!

Now I know what you must be thinking "I got this product to try for free and so I am not going to say anything bad about it". Well then you'd be wrong. Regardless if something is given to me or I buy it, I do not and will not endorse a product that I do... I currently use a double edged safety razor by Gillette. I shave my face and head every day. I received a free razor to try in exchange for this review. I had a preconceived notion that the flex ball was a marketing gimmick. I think I was right. The blade was sharp and smooth, as expected from a Gillette razor. However, the flex-ball took away a little bit of control. I actually missed a spot on the back of my head one morning, despite going over it twice. I think the flex-ball rotated the blade the wrong way. I would recommend the standard Gillette Fusion instead. For me, I will stick with my DE safety razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the standard Gillette Fusion razor and to be honest I can't tell the difference between the too. Not saying that it's a bad razor just that it I can't really see the point in the flex ball design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Gillette Fusion Proshield about a week now and this has to be the closest shave I have ever had! I'm still on the first cartridge and it's holding up with no drag or pull and is still shaving just as smooth as the first day of use. I'll update later but as of right now I'm sold!

I am allergic to nickel and any other razor would have me skin looking like a grapevine but this razor has done no such thing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Fusion Proshield male shaver is the ultimate top- notch male shaver on the market today. With the added lubrication on the blades it helps protect the skin with each shave. The Gillette fusion shaves extremely well and the face feels smooth and soft to the touch after each shave. The great part about the Gillette Fusion shaver is the flex ball which allows the shaver to shave evenly and to the surface of the skin without nicking or cutting the skin like some razors tend to do. In addition, the Gilllette Fusion razor comes with two additional cartridges which makes this razor worth each penny spent. I also liked how easy the razor was to use and the price really reflects the overall product. The blades are super thin and allows the razor to shape to your individual face. I would hungry recommend this shaver to others who are in the market for a new razor that works.

I bought these based on what Gillette and reviews said. Every time I put a new blade in I may get two shaves; after that the blades pull on my beard and it's hard for me to shave. It doesn't glide or cut thru my beard like its supposed to. I went back my previous Gillette blade the fusion

I am truly impressed with how well the razor works on my face. My face has been looking smoother and hairless, thanks to gillette. Finally i can say no more razor cuts or burns. I must say for me who had tried many other razors. I was truly impressed i found a shavor that wasn't cheap but also i knew my money will be going to a good product and not to junk. I have tried other shavers which weren't the best and some were cheap and even pricey and still couldn't do exactly what i expected. Until i came across gillette and tried it for the first time. I was so happy and amazed on how well this razor took all the hair off my face and left no razor burns or cuts. The best part yet no more irritation. What makes it even better was the free shaving cream i got with it. Which i must say made my face feel soft and easy to shave without having irritation or feeling burns on my skin. Gillette will be the razor i will be using from now on...bye bye to all the other razors. Gillette is the best and has done everything i expected a razor i pay for to do. My wife loves my face now and al she talks about is how nice my skin feels and love giving so much more kisses. Thanks to gillette my confidence is back and i look better then ever.

But with all the blades it moves smooth over the skin. I wondered if it would be clunky but fits well in your hand. The edge blade is nice to have. I would recommend this razor.
