[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the razor to be very comfortable, the lubrication strips made the shave very clean. The contours under my neck were handled very easily and shaved cleaner with fewer strokes and less irritation. the issue I had personally was the fact that I have a thin line beard which was very hard to keep crisp with the very thick lubrication strips. I also really miss the single blade at the top. Over all this is a great razor and I will continue using it and see if the "learning curve" with the strips improves as I really like the shave. This razor cut magically and gave me the closest shave I've experienced on my beard in the quickest amount of time. The multi-blade system was sharp and close, but proved to be very safe and gentle against my sensitive skin. I loved the way the razor glided smoothly over my face, giving me total control of the motion I wanted to go. The razor collected a lot of facial hair, but it was remarkably easy to clean with a splash of hot water and a quick flick of the wrist. I would serious recommend this razor to any man or woman. My wife also used it on her legs and was blown away by the quality. The Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor with Flexball Technology is a beautiful mix of powerful and gentle. I’m a 44 year old man that shaves every day – recently using CREMO shaving cream instead of gel, cream or soap – and CREMO gives the best shaves! Very cool looking razor – silver/chrome mostly with highlights of black and yellow. Mostly metal handle construction with rubber grip accents for a better hold on things. The blade rotate to the left or right about 30 degrees either way to supposedly move to the contours of your face with flex ball technology – although it never moved while I was shaving to my perception. 1 trim blade on the reverse side of the blade and 5 blades on the front blade – supposedly Gillette’s thinnest finest blades ever! Lubrication strips are placed on each side of the blade to supposedly give the smoothest shave ever. Comes with 1 handle and 2 blade cartridges. I’ve shaved with this 4 times already – and all I can say is that I’m not impressed. Refill blades are more costly than my preferred Schick Hydro 5 Sensitive – and the Schick blades also last longer, give a faster and closer shave, and the handle of the vibrating/pulsing handle on my Schick Hydro is superiorly easier to handle than the Gillette – which was way too hard to handle for me – possibly due to my arthritis. Maybe it’ll be better for you – but I’m sticking with my Schick Hydro 5 Sensitive Power Select!

The swivel head, which includes springs and hinges follows the contours of your face quite closely providing a very nice shave. Gillette provided me this razor for free to evaluate and provide feedback, as well as a can of their sensitive shave gel, which I was equally as impressed with. Quite honestly, I had switched away from manual razors because I was getting much better results with an electric razor I purchased. However, the Gillette Fusion ProShield Manual Razor with FlexBall Technology is getting me equal, if not better results with a razor that is a fraction the size. I am most impressed.

The package has a plastic tab which made this product one of the easiest things to open. No need for scissors, or frustration. The way the Flexball allows for some bending made shaving much easier than usual. Everything was quick, easy, and in the end I was left with my face feeling smooth. The entire first experience was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to arrive this free razor from Gillette as I've been using the same razor for years, which is the Gillette Fusion Power. I really liked the idea of the ball as it allows for more movement around the curvy areas of my face and especially under my chin. The only caveat with that is that it didn't get quite as close as my old razor possibly due to the pivoting movement of the blade. It therefore felt like a slightly less smooth shave, but it's barely noticeable. Overall I will continue to use the Gillette Fusion ProShield with Flexball as I really like how flexible it was.

Now I know what you must be thinking "I got this product to try for free and so I am not going to say anything bad about it". Well then you'd be wrong. Regardless if something is given to me or I buy it, I do not and will not endorse a product that I do... I currently use a double edged safety razor by Gillette. I shave my face and head every day. I received a free razor to try in exchange for this review. I had a preconceived notion that the flex ball was a marketing gimmick. I think I was right. The blade was sharp and smooth, as expected from a Gillette razor. However, the flex-ball took away a little bit of control. I actually missed a spot on the back of my head one morning, despite going over it twice. I think the flex-ball rotated the blade the wrong way. I would recommend the standard Gillette Fusion instead. For me, I will stick with my DE safety razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Gillette fusion pros girls razor with flexball technology along with shaving gel free from Gillette. The razors performance really was about what I was expecting, very smooth, no pull shave. I was happier with the after results than compared to other razors in the past. I didn't get the razor rash like I have before and it seem to stay smooth little longer compared to others. I feel like the razor might have lasted a little longer than others, but I don't feel like I was able to get enough shaves out of one razor to pay the higher price for these razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the razor from Gillette the other day, and I was excited, I have always had trouble finding the perfect razor, because of having sensitive skin and having spots of psoriasis on my face, so it needs to be a close shave that will not create too many nixes. Irritation was always a big problem, but with the dual moisturizing strips it seemed like a good product to try. So as soon as I received it,(the packaging was the easiest I have ever opened) I went and tried it right away, let me tell you it was one of the closest, smoothest shaves I ever had, it glided perfectly and no nixes. My face was very smooth as opposed to the other razors I have used in the past, and there was very little to no irritation. I only have one thing that I do not like about it, and it really isn't that much of a game changer for me, but still. That one thing is the edger for me it really didn't work very well, and that really is the only complaint that I have, if I could give this 4.5 out of 5 I would. Like I said, it really isn't that much of a game changer for me, and I honestly feel that I have found my new razor. If you are looking for a razor, that gets a close shave and moisturizes while doing it, this razor is definitely the razor for you.

The way the blade head swivels and contours to the shape you need it too works well and has given me a very close and non irritated shave. The flexball definitely gives you a close shave. I've tried many razors and this Is the closest shave so far. No razor burn or cuts. The shaving cream that came with it was also very nice. Don't need to use a lot and it cools the skin. Feels fresh after you wash it off. I'm a firefighter and I have to shave before every shift and this thing has kept it's sharpness studio fast and cuts great, for anyone that is a public servant or just shaves almost everyday I would recommend this product. I feel very comfortable just shaving away with this thing and I will be buying this razor and Shaving cream from now on. I'm just super happy that I got to be a part of this and it was a great first product to review.
