After many, many years, I tried a new razor and company for several months. One day, after realizing the "new" razor wasn't getting as close I like, I went back to Fusion. I call it the yellow beard beater. Even with just soap and water, the closeness of my shave is awesome. Hooray, I'm back with what consistently does the job! Oh, by the way, I get a minimum of 3 weeks a blade.

Used this razor for the first time tonight and seriously got the best results of my life while shaving. Took only a few minutes and without cutting myself once, and I'm the type of person who usually can't shave at all without ending up with a few cuts every time.

I am allergic to nickel and any other razor would have me skin looking like a grapevine but this razor has done no such thing. I waited to post a message until I used it a few times to see the actual benefit of this product. First off, I am with others about the package that it comes in. Easy to open without having to rip, knawl, beat, or other wise cut it with a blowtorch to get it out of the package. It was great to be able to pop it right open and start using. For the razor itself, I was impress ed with its sturdy design and workable flex head to do the job without the razor itself popping off after a few usages. The razor did a great shave with a clean close feel that left the skin mosturized and feeling fresh. Other razors seems to dull out after a couple shaves, but I've used it for two weeks and it still is going strong. Now with that said, wearing also depends on how thick the shave so think realistically on this. Overall, I'm very impressed with the razor and I think you will be to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Gillette Fusion Proshield Razor with Flexball Technology is a great razor I have received a free razor from them I love Gillette razor blades it very sharp it gives you a clean shave I also like the razor rubber and metal gripped it feels good in your hands while you shave I love the case that comes with it I think it comes in handy to store your razor an your blade Gillette also gave you an extra blade to shave with I think this is a great product that I would recommend too my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the gillette fusion proshield razor and gillette sensitive fusion shaving cream are wonderful. The razor produced a close and clean shave. It did not leave razor burn like other razors do. The shaving cream has a hood lather and was very moisturizing with little to no shave irritation.

But with all the blades it moves smooth over the skin. I wondered if it would be clunky but fits well in your hand. The edge blade is nice to have. I would recommend this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically have a pretty rough face when it comes to shaving, and often finish with uncomfortable razor burn on my face. Even using the sensitive skin shaving cream does not always help the cause. For this reason, disposable razors definitely do not work for me. I was offered to try the Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor for free from Gillete, so I took the opportunity! This is a very high quality razor out of the packaging - it is quite heavy and sturdily built. The removable razor cartridge stays on perfectly when in use, but is also very easy to remove when necessary. After the first shave, I could tell this was a great razor! The razor ran smoothly over all of the jagged surfaces of my face, without causing any cuts or burning. It only took about 2 passes over to get all of the hair off, which usually takes much more than that. I used this razor every day for about 2 weeks, and the original blades showed no signs of needing to be replaced. Although replacement cartridges can be expensive, it seems like these will last long enough that it is worth the cost. Overall, I definitely recommend this product to anybody needing to shave!

The new Flexball handle seems to fit existing Fusion blades, so you can use your old stash of blades with this new handle. I didn't notice any changes with the razor blades themselves; they're excellent as they have always been. The main reason to get this is for the Flexball handle.
