[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi all, I received the Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor from Gillette and was impressed by the looks and feel of the product. The first time I used it, I loved the single blade on the back side for precise trimming on my side burns. Its hard to do straight lines with 5 blades! Using the five blade side to shave was real nice. It cut through the thick part of my beard easy. The flexball was working but I guess it depends on the shape of your face to really notice how it moves with your face. The only reason I gave it a lower score is for the price of refills. I think they are the most expensive refills you can buy! So this razor is a good product, but I don't like the price of refills. I think since you already own the main razor part, you should not be charged so much buying refills! That's my 2cents! :)

What an amazing shave so smooth and free moving what a change from the ridged cheap razors I normally use. The shave cream is too notch and my new favorite. Having tried what feels like an endless supply of shaving creams, butters, gels, oils and what not this is by far the best I have used. My face is so soft and smooth after shaving. And best of all having sensitive skin this made for anout of this world shave. Knowing I was going to receive this I decided not to shave my no shave November beard and this razor made quick work of it. What would I like to know before I get this product? Biggest answere I would want to know is where can I get replacement heads for this razor. And where can I get more of the 2 in 1 shave gel. Based on the quality of both of these I would consider paying a little more for them.

It has been more than 20 years I am using Gillette and couple of times give the chance to some others but nothing can beat even get close to Gillette when it comes to blade and razor. and now using this specific type for 3 years. very soft on skin and easy to cut all the hairs without scratch or bleeding

I love the ProGlide shield razor I like the way it contours my face and since I also shave my head i love the way it hugs the cur es and doesn't require a lot of going over the same area over and over again it cuts the hair the first time I shave in the shower without a mirror I use my finger tips to check my shave it is a great way to check your shave I have a goatee and I'm still able to keep it neat if you need a mirror you're either a new shaver and don't know your face yet or head if you're a l9ng time shaver you should be able to shave without a mirror I never nick my face and haven't since I first started shaving with a blade and the ProGlide.shield mak3s sure you don't have to worry about it ihave a sensitive face and head but have found that the provide shield protects you from not only from rocks bit allows you to use ant blade and keep your sensitive face from breaking out or any other you have issues with just use good shave cream wash you face with an exfoliating face wash b3fore applying a nice shave oil and cream or just a nice shavecream before you shave the wash you face again then adding a nice aftershave or aftershave cream to keep your face smooth and helps protect your shave where ever you shavef

WOW! Former dollar shave club user here for pretty much as long as they came out. stopped using them because the blades seemed like they were cheaply made, always cutting my face and neck. Never actually used gillette (that i can remember) but looked at the proglide shield to see how it is. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This is the best and closest shave I've ever and I'm 42 lol. Seriously blown away, only wish I tried them sooner! As long as they don't use cheaper blades I'll be a customer for life!

I am in my 70's now, have been shaving for many decades. I buy and try almost every new razor--I have used Gillette stating with Super Blue, Stainless steel, Track II, Techmatic, Atra, Mach 3, Proglide etc. I have also tried Dollar Shave Club and Harry's. Nothing comes close to this blade, best blade ever. I would like Gillette to fit this blade for the expensive heated razor--I will buy it then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use a regular Gillette Fusion razor with normal shaving cream. After trying this new shaving gel and new proshield razor, I will never go back to any other razor. This the closest and smoothest shave I have ever gotten at home and is comparable to a professional hot shave at the barbershop. I followed my normal routine and scrubbed my skin with hot water prior to the shave and then applied the gel and began shaving. Not only did I not have any cuts at all even though I was shaving against the grain but my skin felt soft and lubricated following the shave and didnt even require any aftershave. I would highly recommend this razor to anyone that enjoys a very close and clean shave.

It has been a while since I have gotten a new razor, just been getting refills for my current razor. The Gillette Fuzion Prosheild with flex ball worked great. I have sensitive skin and break out after I shave usually, after using this my neckline is smooth and no break out days after. My neck has not felt this good after shaving in a long time.
