[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used dozens of razors before. I have never used a razor that cut as closely or smoothly as this one. The way that the flexball moves is another thing that will keep me using this razor as my main one for the foreseeable future. It doesn't matter where you are trying to shave, the flexball will see that you get there smoothly and without injury. I don't even use shaving cream but the moisturizing strips above and below the blade make sure that I get a comfortable shave every time. I would like to thank Gillette for letting me try and review this product for them. I cannot recommend this razor enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Gillette Fusion for a few years and love it. I have seen advertisements for the Flexball but thought it was a gimmick. Now that I have actually used it I would have to say it is very smooth. It moves nicely around your neck, this is the only area i use it because i have a beard. So if you shave a lot this is a nice razor!

I have to say it is one of the smoother razors that I have ever used. I would certainly rate it higher then then the standard fusion razor or the fusion power. It follows my face very well and the added flexibility due to the flex ball makes all the difference in the world in getting a smoother shave. I have sensitive skin so some razors upset it even if I use shaving gel for sensitive skin, the ProShield I barely felt. There was no irritation and it got the job done. Not much more can be said

After trying the competition for a couple of years, including double-edge razors, I'm back to Gillette. I decided to try other shaving systems after listening to my wife complain about the price of Gillette refill cartridges (she shaves her legs with a cheap disposable. What does she know?), eventually settling on a double-edge razor. No more. I mostly got tired of the time required for prepping, using, and clean-up with a double-edge, and decided to go back to the Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide Shield razor I had been using before. With the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Gel+Skin Care, I got a much shave better with less irritation than anything else I had tried, plus the prep, shave, and clean-up took about half the time of a double-edge razor shave. Now I'm back to Gillette for good, the brand I have relied on since beginning to shave as a teenager (I'm now 65). One performance tip: A shaving brush with a little water added to shaving gel in a bowl will whip up a luxurious cream that is hard to duplicate with your fingers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette Fusion Proshield Razor and Shaving Gel. Lets first talk about the Shaving Gel. It does have nice smell to it. When you first apply it, it comes out blue , then when you rub it your hands it turns white. Goes on nice and thick, (which I like). My skin did not break out from using this product. And in fact, I did not have to use after shave. My skin was soft and scented. Has a nice grip at the top of the product, so you finger will not slip. Has a swivel round top to lock it when you are not using it and to lock it from curious children. The bottle is made a plastic, so no more metal rings in the counter tops or showers. Now, lets talk about the Razor. This razor has a flex ball in the center of the razor. Meaning that it glides along your face, using thinner blades, giving you a clean close shave. This razor has 5 blades total, for a perfect cut. Leaving you with no nicks or cuts. You can also purchase refills for this razor. The razor is not light weight either. It is a pretty sturdy razor. Has a good design to it. I am sold that this Razor by Gillette is the one for me. You will not be disappointed, when you purchase this razor and use it. Plus your female friends, will love to touch your face. I recommend this razor for every man on the planet

I personally have always enjoyed Gillette razors and this one went beyond my expectations. I did not think the Flexball would make a difference but it really did make for a smooth shave the lubrication before and after the blades work great no irritation and i have sensitive skin. This is a product I will continue to buy and use daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying this new razor given to me as a sample to test by bzzagent. I have given it about two full weeks of use and I don't have any complaints about it. I actually cant really tell much of a difference that what I was using before other than the flex ball. I got the same shave as my old razor gave me. I didn't find that the ball made much of a difference with the curves of my face or jaw line. I do however really like the shaving cream which I already had a can of and was using. I have sensitive skin and tend to break out in razor bumps easily. I will continue to use this razor until I eventually find the right one or one comes out in stores that I would prefer more.

So much hype around shaving; I was skeptical but bought one anyway. BEST SHAVE I HAVE EVER HAD. The photo is I now. The shave was ten hours ago. My wife noticed, just by looking at me, not touching!! How the razor manages it doesn’t much matter. The point is, it delivers on on its promises!
