The Gillette ProShield Razor is all you will ever need to get the cleanest, closet shave you will ever want. Gillette sent me one of the fine razors for free to test out and give you my opinion. I'm not a push over for free product by any means. So, trust me, I love this razor because it is just that good. The Flexball Texhnology that has been incorporated to this razor makes second to none. I have never had a shave as close as the one as I got with this razor. You will waste your money on anything else. Pick up one of these today and you will be amazed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting with a brief history. I am a 41 year male that has been shaving with blade razors for 20 years. Gillette has yet another great product here. I have been using the fusion proshield razor for a month with ten shaves on a single cartridge. I have very sensitive skin that is prone to razor burn. The razor has left very little burn even after shaving against the grain. Not sure if I see what the flexball technology has done for me, but by far one of the smoothest shaves I have had in awhile. The handle has great weight distribution to it as well. Gillette has been my go to razor since turning 18 when they sent me a free one in the mail on my birthday. Great marketing technique that should be continued today. I have been using the fusion proglide blades on an Art of Shaving handle and was glad to see the proshield blades will fit. Gillette keep up the good work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having tried almost every razor available, I decided to give the new ProShield a go ... Plus, I received it free from Gilette on a trial basis. Going into it, I was skeptical of the new Flexball Technology, thinking it was going to be nothing special. Was I ever wrong. I experienced what came to be one of the most comfortable and smoothest shaves to this day. It lived up to everything it claimed it would do. I typically have to wait between 3 and 4 days to shave so as to not irritate my skin and get razor burn. However, I tried shaving 2 days later, and the results were just as refreshing. No razor burn ... no irritation ... No discomfort what-so-ever! Now, the single blade razor on the reverse side did not seem as sharp as other razors I have used with the same technology, but it did get the job done ... Nice, clean finishing lines around my beard. This will definitely become my new Razor of preference.

I bought these based on what Gillette and reviews said. Every time I put a new blade in I may get two shaves; after that the blades pull on my beard and it's hard for me to shave. It doesn't glide or cut thru my beard like its supposed to. I went back my previous Gillette blade the fusion

It has been quite some time since I have experienced the closeness of a shave that I got from this razor. I love the dual lubricating strips, they make the world of difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this lovely product from Gillette along with the new amazing shaving gel "Fusion Proglide" to test along with it. I think that the Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor is one of the best razors I've used to date and I seriously intend on replacing the razors when need be. The razors are very fine, which means virtually no pulling or tugging on hairs while shaving; as well as a much closer shave. Also, the ball they have inside is perfect for gliding along the contours of your face. I've never felt fresher and younger after shaving! The build quality is very sturdy so I'm sure this is a product built for longevity! I'm thoroughly impressed, satisfied and gratified and recommend it to anyone curious!

Let me first be clear that I like the razor and the shave. But, I do not get the life out of the blade that I had hoped. I’m also a head shaver, so I adjusted my expectation down to 2 weeks per blade. I’m not getting that. I’m probably closer to 10 days, which I could normally get out of many other blades.

It might be the wrong cream, gel, or razor, so I was a bit cautious when using the Fusion razor. It was straight forward, very comfortable and made short work of it. Best of all no irritation. Try it out and you won't be let down.

I have pretty sensitive skin when it comes to shaving, and both the razor and shave gel helped limit the irritation that I usually see after shaving. The design of the new gel dispenser is great and I like that you can twist the top to prevent gel from leaking out after use.
