This razor cut magically and gave me the closest shave I've experienced on my beard in the quickest amount of time. The multi-blade system was sharp and close, but proved to be very safe and gentle against my sensitive skin. I loved the way the razor glided smoothly over my face, giving me total control of the motion I wanted to go. The razor collected a lot of facial hair, but it was remarkably easy to clean with a splash of hot water and a quick flick of the wrist. I would serious recommend this razor to any man or woman. My wife also used it on her legs and was blown away by the quality. The Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor with Flexball Technology is a beautiful mix of powerful and gentle. It would be great for any level of shaving experience from beginner to expert. I received this product free of charge from Gillette in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

I was all suspect even considering a 5 Blade touching my face, but this have to be one of the best razor I have come in contact with! With the moisturizing strips on both sides of the blade, It was soOo smooth every swipe! The flexball is a genius idea, it glides on my neck flawlessly! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Gillette razors since I first could shave. They have come a long ways since the two blade cartridges that would clog up easily. Once the Proglides came out, I knew no other razor would do. Since then, Gillette has come out with variations of the Proglides, including fusions and now these Proshields with Flexball. I have tried them all, including the battery operated power versions. They're all great, but is an extra lube strip or rotating ball really necessary? I find generally not. You get a great shave with or without the Flexball. I've been using it daily for about a week and I get the smooth shave I expect from Gillette, but I find not much noticeable advantage to the Flexball. The only thing I can think of is the flexing ball might make it less likely to miss a spot, which I've been known to do when shaving in a hurry. So, I'm giving it a five star review since it is another great razor, but I find all the extra bells and whistles to be mainly for marketing and not really adding much to the shave.

I received Gillette Fusion® ProShield about month ago. Thanks for such a nice gift, by the way ;) And I really like it. First of all it looks awesome. Seems like it's somewhere from the future lol Also, it's really handy and sharp. I usually trim my beard (besides the neck area). The reason why I stopped shaving was because my skin is really sensitive. I used different kinds of balsams and post shaving creams but it never really helped. A couple weeks ago before the new years, I shaved it all with my new razor. And you know what - no skin irritation at all! Once again, Gillette Thanks for a great gift for the new year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Gillette Fusion ProShield razor is really great razor along with the Gillette Fusion ProGlide sensitive gel which is good for my skin. The razor glide smooth against my skin the flex ball technology curves to the contours on my neck and jaw. This is were I have the most trouble with my razors but this razor did better then the rest. The ProShield lubricates the skin and blades very well and it doesn't leave any stubble or nicks. I really enjoy using this razor over using my other razors. Gillette has outdone itself. This my first week of using the flex ball technology and I happy to say that I will continue to use this razor.

I want got this item and was so excited to use it for my vacation trip. On vacation day I begin to shave and this razor is working poorly to remove the hairs on my legs. It almost felt like it wasn’t sharp enough. I definitely will not be purchasing this item again and I would not recommend this item to friends or family. I spent an hour and a half trying to shave my legs with this item and ended up having to use a cheap razor from the dollar store which was more effective then this “branded” razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this razor free from Gillette I'll say it appears to made well and is very comfortable in the hand;the blades are extremely easy to replace, and the shaping blade built into the end of the razor is a nice feature. After shaving the first time I found the razor to be almost too flexible to edge around a beard, sideburns, ect. As for the "lubrication before and after" the blade, still irritated my skin like any other razor. In my opinion this a well made razor but delivered an Incredibly average shave.

Flexball technology hugs every contour of your face and the proshield lubrication gave me the smoothest shave I have ever experienced with no nicks or cuts. If you are looking for the closest, smoothest shave around the fusion proshield razor should be in your medicine cabinet.
