Crème brûlée is one of my favorite desserts, but it is expensive. So I just had to try this crème brûlée that was sold in the refrigerated section in packages of six 4-ounce glass ramekins along with topping to sprinkle on and fire up with a torch. (I was impressed with the effort to recreate this tasty dessert and plan to save and reuse the glass containers as they obviously are heat tolerant.) It was easier than I had anticipated to sprinkle on the topping and “burn” it with a propane torch. The topping tasted just as one would expect though I wish there was a little more of it. The custard was disappointing as it was not as firm as typical crème brûlée and lacked that luscious vanilla flavor.

My kids and wife love them.. a little expensive but worth it filled with quality ingredients.

If you like Crème Brûlée do yourself a favor and buy this.

Great little desert but it’s a little pricey at $10

This is great either cold or warm. It’s small enough to quench a sweet craving, but not too large.

There is a positive review of the product itself. However, I ordered it with a pickup order on 6/24. Written boldly and clearly on the top of the box it reads it expired 6/20. I'm sure the shoppers wouldn't choose expired products for their own household. I merely request the same care be given to those ordering for pickup.
