I purchased these because you could get all the vitamins you need in one for a great price. I only took these for 25 days and noticed my pee was bright yellow, then my breasts became swollen and painful, and my period became irregular. I got to researching the ingredients, and it turns out the chaste tree ingredient that is supposed to balance hormones can also mess them up and should not be taken for long periods of time. I stopped taking these immediately. Beware and check all ingredients to make sure they are right for you before purchasing

I hate the smell and taste of these, but I did not have extra cash to buy a new item yet. I decided to give it a try for the first month just to see if I noticed a difference. A few days I was nauseous if I didn't eat. However, after 2 weeks I started noticing my hair was not coming out in clumps. After 3 weeks I noticed my psoriasis was a little less inflamed. By 4 weeks I actually noticed I had energy. I am 3.5 months in with these, and I honestly am so thankful for them. I can tell a difference in my hormones. (Long story, but hello perimenopause!) I do not often write reviews. I felt it was worth it. If you can get past the smell and take with a drink so you do not taste it, these actually are fantastic. I am a BABY when it comes to meds. I hate them. I will not do liquid because I have a terrible gag reflex. My kids make fun of me (as they should, ha). So, if I can do it, most people can do it. They truly have made me feel so much better.

These are awful! Why did you change from the orange ones? I couldn't figure out why a few hours after I take them my stomach hurts. The second ingredient is magnesium oxide which is used as a laxative. I threw these in the trash. I have no idea why you changed them . I used the others with the orange label for years with no issues. If it ain't broke!

Literally can't open the bottle! Threaded improperly. I would have to return and then pay for shipping to get an exchange -so I just cut a hole in the bottle and put in another vitamin bottle I had. I can't attest to the quality of the vitamins - this review is strictly on the packaging and it's terrible! I have never not been able to open a bottle and I had several people try it and they couldn't either. Do better!

Don't waste your money on these. The taste and smell are absolutely horrendous! The vitamins smell like a farm store and the taste makes me gag every single time I take them. I made the mistake of putting them in my pill organizer with my other medications and I almost threw up from the other pills absorbing the nasty smell and taste from this vitamin. I stopped taking them because of it, but went back to them months later, thinking I was just being dramatic the first time. Nope, these are still the worst smelling pill I've ever taken. I have probably 200 left but I just can't force myself to keep taking them. I am super disappointed because this is a great price, but I'm going to have to throw them out because they are terrible.

Like most buyers have stated, these vitamins smell and taste bad. I agree. You can bypass the flavor by drinking it with something flavored. You HAVE TO EAT BEFORE taking these vitamins. You will feel nauseous otherwise. I believe that these work well because my nails had stopped growing like they used to. But after a couple of months of taking these I can honestly say that my nails have grown longer and faster than they have in many years. I am not 100% sure but I think my hair has grown more too. I can look past the smell and taste for the benefits!

I am happy with the vitamins in this product. It gives me a well balanced daily pill.

No coating to block the overpowering horrible taste that vitamins are notorious for. 🤢
