This was my first time purchasing these vitamins and will also be my last. Not sure what's causing it, but the outer layer of the vitamins seems to be crumbling off. The first one that came out like that, I thought it had gotten squished in a machine or something so I threw it out. Then a couple days later there was another one, and another. I dumped the whole container onto my counter and at least half of them had peeling or broken outer layers.

Has too much vitamin B, will turn your pee yellow. But has a great variety of other vitamins and nutrients in it.

I experienced hair shedding like I never have in the past. I really loved the vitamins you had before with the orange label.

I have been taking it for a while now and I do see a difference, but it taste horrible and it is hard to swallow I have had to spit it out multiple times or I I would have thrown up

I have been taking this daily vitamin for months and haven’t noticed any change really which I don’t expect much from a daily vitamin. The pill is large and bothers me more than previous large vitamins. I’m forcing myself to finish the bottle with no plan of repurchasing. I dread taking it oddly and have plenty of other vitamins that I have no issue with.
