I like that it’s only one pill to take daily. It is quite large however I guess that is to be expected. Haven’t had any problems taking it. I don’t really have anything the review as far as effects go because I haven’t been taking it too long but I am glad to have it to supplement my daily needs.

Overall, it seems to be a decent multivitamin with a good assortment of vitamins and some additional herbs within it as well. The size of the tablet is not too big and is slightly coated. I find it to be easy to swallow. I also like that it does not seem to upset my stomach.
