The advanced women’s multivitamin contains a ton of nutrients. There are many vitamins and minerals in that small pill. As being a middle-aged woman, I find this multivitamin very beneficial to my health.

They're like a daily pep talk in tablet form: “You’ve got this, girl!” I swear my inner tired raccoon is slowly being replaced by a functioning adult. better than i expected! I normally don't consume multivitamins however this one is very good. It doesn't leave that medicine residue when you drink it. I normally drink it in the morning after i have consumed breakfast.

I like that it’s only one pill to take daily. It is quite large however I guess that is to be expected. Haven’t had any problems taking it. I don’t really have anything the review as far as effects go because I haven’t been taking it too long but I am glad to have it to supplement my daily needs.

These are a pretty standard multi-vitamin option for women. It is loaded with all of the vitamins and nutrients you typically see. The only downfalls are the size of the pill - it’s big! - and they can make your stomach upset if you don’t eat before taking them.

Overall, it seems to be a decent multivitamin with a good assortment of vitamins and some additional herbs within it as well. The size of the tablet is not too big and is slightly coated. I find it to be easy to swallow. I also like that it does not seem to upset my stomach. I make a habit to always take vitamins with food and even with a very small amount of food, it doesn't cause any upset. Overall I feel good throughout the day when I take it.
