[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our old mattress My husband often woke up with shoulder pain and I always woke up with back pain - since getting our new Tempurpedic we have both slept more soundly and wake up refreshed - no pain. The only issue that we had was the offgassing of the mattress which prevented me from sleeping on it the first few nights - but I am very sensitive to fumes in general. After a few days of airing the bedroom out with fans it was fine and I have been thrilled with it since my first night on it.

I bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid hoping that it would be the perfect mattress; however, the mattress just doesn't provide me with enough pressure-relief for my shoulders and hips. I like the firmness of the top of the mattress, however, once you sink down into the mattress, it just becomes too firm. Also, once you put on the waterproof mattress protector, it loses some of its cooling properties.

But once I adjusted to this mattress, it has been smooth sailing ever since. No more tossing and turning, no more waking up in the middle of the night! I wake up rested and refreshed, and no aching back. The mattress conforms to my body and supports every inch. After five long years of sleeping on a miserable Serta Willowbrook that broke down just after the grace period expired, I'm finally getting the good nights sleep I needed. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for making this possible!

We have the King Split Tempur Adapt....there must be better mattresses. It was fine in the store. My husband is getting great sleep. Both of us have back issues. I find the bed uncomfortable. I am not getting good sleep and my back does not feel better. Am thinking of returning my side of this bed. It is a lot of money for a mediocre experience.

We have only had our bed for 5years and 8 months. We have about a 2 ft crack in the foam . They will not cover it because they said we don't have an approved cover on it. And they are saying that we spilled water on it. We don't drink or eat in our bed . This company is a scam they don't stand behind their products. It's a very expensive mistake we paid over 2,000 dollars for this junk product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! We have had our mattress for 4 weeks. It was rough at first. Mattress was very firm and had to be "broken in" It took 3 weeks but now I'm getting the best sleep! For my husband it only took a few days. I am a side sleeper but this bed feels so good I notice I stay on my back longer than usual. My husband said his back is no longer hurting and he feels refreshed when he wake up. I notice I can get right up and don't feel tired in the morning. This mattress conforms to you but you don't sink in so low that you can't change positions. Edge support is awesome! We got the Ease adjustable base and we will never lay flat again lol We didn't realize what we were missing having an old broke down mattress! So far so good!

This is the second Tempur Pedic we have owed. The other one lasted more than 15 years. We just love them and have suggested to family and friends. Our son purchased one too. No back aches or aches of any kind after a good nights sleep. Real comfortable.

I had an entire spreadsheet of different memory foam mattresses filled with price, layer material, layer thickness, reviews, fees, density per foot, and I looked into the science behind the different materials, calculations for density, and what density and material is best for different body types and sleeper styles. Tempurpedic was on the list, but I actually ignored it due to the price. I decided on which one I wanted and went to a mattress store to lay on it before purchasing. When I got there they also had tempurpedic mattresses. So I said, why not try them out. After everything, I left that store and immediately bought a tempurpedic. It was worth it. They are the price they are for a reason. Other "bed in a box" brands just aren't quality compared. The only negative is that the bed does retain heat a bit. However, I do think that just comes with the territory of memory foam from what I found in my research. When I tested a few in the store, I found that the non tempurpedics heated up MUCH faster. Although i am happy with the medium, I do wish that I had purchased the soft mattress. I weigh 115 lb and I think I don't weigh enough for it to cradle me as much as I'd like. Overall, quality bed, worth the money.

Ive had multiple Tempur-Pedic beds, they are perfectly soft and just melt to your body. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a bed I had for over a decade still was warrantied by Tempur-Pedic, was the old 20 year prorated warranty. The warranty process was seamless with honestly the best customer service I have seen from any business, ever... Sherrie Dickerson assisted me in upgrading my warranty to a king sized adapt medium, which is just flawless!!! She is a wonderful person!! Sooooo sweet and helpful! Thank you Sherrie! And thank you Tempur-Pedic for being just an awesome company! I will definitely be brand loyal in the future! Keep up the good work!
