First of all, I was on a quest for a good, affordable mattress. At first I tried the Helix Sunset Luxe- way too firm. Then I tried the casper hybrid snow- too bouncy. I ordered this as my hail Mary, and it worked. Third time was a charm for me! It's zo comfortable and my back and hip pain are on the back burner! I highly recommend this for anyone with hip or back pain ♡

I used to be awakened when my wife tossed and turned or got up to go to the bathroom. I've only been on the new mattress for a few days, but have already noticed that I can sleep the whole night without noticing my wife's movements. I used to be a side sleeper but have also noticed that I can sleep on my back without turning to my sides than with the old mattress and box spring bed.

I got this as a gift to myself after a big bonus at work and I will never go back to another bed! You sink right in, but in the best way, while still feeling super supported. If I had know sleep could be this good, I wouldn't have waited. I would have bought this mattress years ago! It has truly changed my life for the better!

We bought the medium hybrid in split king and chose white glove delivery over self-setup. The crew was excellent from start to finish. I debated between the hybrid and the standard Tempur-Pedic, and I'm glad I chose the hybrid. I don't want to sink into a bed. I want to feel supported on top of it, and this mattress does exactly that. It is very comfortable and feels built to last. Paired with the adjustable base, it has made a real difference in how I sleep. I wake up less during the night, and feel more rested in the morning. If you prefer support over sink, choose the hybrid.

I made the mistake of buying a different brand mattress after moving. It did not take long to figure out i made a horrible mistake. All I got was hip, neck, and back pain. I then ordered a tempur and am sleeping better and waking up refreshed and no pain!

My partner and I really needed a new mattress. She has hypermobility, and this bed has been a godsend for her since the very first night. We are so grateful to find a bed like this. It provides enough support without being too hard, and it provides gentle softness without being too soft. It's basically like baby bear's bed from the fairytale. Incredible design.

After more than 15 years with our old Tempur-Pedic, it was time for a new one, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Ordering online was simple, and the delivery was outstanding. The team brought the mattress into our home, unwrapped it, and set it up on our bed for us. It's incredibly comfortable, just like we hoped. The only thing to mention is a pretty strong new-mattress smell at first, so plan to air out the room for a few days. Other than that, everything has been great so far. We're glad we stuck with Tempur-Pedic!

I thought the TEMPUR-Pedic Adapt Medium Hybrid Collection would be a good mattress for me. I received the mattress on Saturday and started sleeping on it that same day. After two days of sleeping on the mattress, I noticed that the bed is extremely hard for a medium. I chose the hybrid because I had read reviews saying it should work better for people with back and hip problems. After several days, I have been waking up with more back and hip pain. I don't know if it's because it's a hybrid mattress or something else, but so far, I'm not comfortable. I don't think I can give it the full 30 days to see if it works for me because the pain is getting worse. Overall: At this point, the TEMPUR-Pedic Adapt Medium Hybrid feels much firmer than I expected for a medium mattress, and it is not providing the comfort or support I was hoping for.

Not sure where white glove service was! I am 78 yrs old, the mattress was left in hallway, they did not knock on my door . I went outside to the truck and asked about removal of old mattress (which I had taken off bed). They advised me that they wouldn’t take it because I hadn’t paid for the service. They made phone calls and agreed to take mattress. I had 2 on my bed l, they would only take one. They did not take new mattress out of cardboard and set up,. Please do not advertise “white glove “ service. I will never buy online again. Very stressful for elderly person!

This bed has no support. Woke up with lower back pain. My older temp bed was a true memory foam sleeping-on-a-cloud bed. I wore it out. Unfortunately, this was a "close out" and no returns permitted, which was not shown when purchasing. Support team person said there was a link under where you purchase to see that. REALLY? I'm out a lot of money am really upset. Additionally, the "white glove" treatment came in a box truck with painted sides. No ads. No names of the parent and owned companies. Really cheap!
