Clean view! Great hd 4k tv!

Very clear screen, voice remote it very helpful. The speakers work great without having to attach any additional units. Overall the best TV I have purchased!

Absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV to play Xbox on and it's buttery smooth for 60fps. The HDR is truly amazing when watching movies. The price isn't to bad either. I've always loved Samsung products.

I've had this TV for 4 years now and it's easy to navigate with the remote, the picture and sound quality ar very good. I think for the price , this TV is the way to go

Mystery line

Had to return after 24hrs. There is this thin colored line that appears down along the right side of the screen . Nice picture but the line is annoying.

MORE HDMI ports !

I generally like this television BUT do fervently wish it had more HDMI ports. I had to buy an extender just to keep from going behind the screen every time I wanted to use my DVD player!

Digital tuner has no memory for changing channels

I don't understand why the TV has remote issues and has hard time loading ap screen or going between inputs digital TV menu has too little memory to do TV listing of what's on TV.

Hi Consumer, I'm sorry your TV is not functioning properly. Please try the below troubleshooting steps. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, please remove the batteries from your remote and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again. Then, please check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control. If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again.
