The black is actually black, and the colors are so vivid I couldnt believe my eyes when I first powered it on and watched a 4k movies. Don't get me started on the beautiful FPS and HDR while playing my favorite PC games. All around great product

The unit was received in excellent condition. No damage to the box. Setup was easy and the tv far exceeds expectations. The picture quality is excellent and the features built in are exceptional. I've owned Samsung products for over ten years and have always been completely satisified. Highly recommend this to anyone seeking to purchase a larger tv. The only thing to be aware of is the size and weight which requires two people to handle it with care.

Sounds idiotic, I know, but I dont want movies to look like home videos. I want my fake people looking fake. Quality product.

Setup was super easy, and the smart TV apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) run smoothly. --- To consider: Brightness isn't very strong, so in a bright room the screen can look a bit dull. Sound is okay for regular watching, but you'll want a soundbar for a better movie experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture, amazing apps. Seamless performance. My only disappointment is the lack of digital optical audio out port. I use that to connect to my Yamaha surround system and now have to use a HDMI decoder to split between the eArc to soundbar and my surround system. It's not the perfect combo, as some signals require adjustments to the delay between sources. But, it works. Using a USB to audio out, cuts off the hdmi arc, so, this seems like the only option I've come up with. Those who only run a single sound bar or surround system, instead of the combination to maximize movie effects, probably wouldn't notice the missing output and not affect them in the slightest. Aside from that, I absolutely love this TV. The clarity, ease of customization of brightness and contrast, multiple preset options, Samsung TV channels, controllable with Alexa, fluid motion in movies, upscale in older video and sound, truly amazing at a great price for a quality Television from a superior company.

Nice picture and pretty good sound and plug and play. However, I am giving 3 stars b/c it didn't come with the manual. Although, one could go to a website and read. But, I still like paper with diagrams on how. It's been a few days but I haven't been able to figure out the multi view feature. I watched YT, read literature, followed the tv's instructions but no luck. TV screen mirroring also doesn't work unless I purchase the apps.
