I am electronically challenged and became very frustrated trying to determine to maneuver the programming and also finding the way to switch to cable tv. I haven't had a chance to try out some of the apps included yet.

I have bought Vizio TVs for years and loved them all. This one is not at all what I expected from Vizio. I wanted to send it back but the box got destroyed before I found out how much of a let down this particular model is. I will no longer be recommending Vizio to friends and family anymore. Next time I'll try one in the store first.

When I had one go out due to a power surge, I got in my car and immediately went to the store and bought another Vizeo. In my opinion, VIZEO is the only tv for our family. I bought the 40” because that's the only one that will fit the space where it sits. It was so easy to setup. Thanks Vizeo for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly surprised by how good this television is given it's a 42 inch as expensive as many 32s out there. I read middling reviews about the picture quality and sound, but the picture is crisp and the sound is great, with a bit of bass that unexpected in a device so light. It is a little slow, but it's not a work computer, its a family budget tv that punches above its weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 3 Vizio TVs and all three are slow to load and struggle with the WiFi signal. I have two other brands of TV that don't have the same problems. I am disappointed since I paid more for a Vizio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a exercise tv. Got a small inexpensive tv to stream exercise videos on. Wasn't expecting much and didn't need much. But the picture is so vibrant and clear and the sound great. Almost makes me forget I'm exercising. NOT :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am SO happy I bought this tv!!! Great picture and sound. The only critique I have is the remote. It's small and hard to see the buttons with the lights turned off. Otherwise I am very, very happy with this tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expect more then I get with this tv. The UI prioritizes Vizio content. I want to just choose from my 3 apps YouTube TV, Prime video, and Netflix. Everything the is a distraction. It takes 3 clicks to get to the recent apps collection, which is down on the bottom of the screen and so small it almost disappears amidst the clutter of everything else. The orange highlight on the icon is very thin and not apparent given the amount of other orange content. Finally, the lengthy boot time and slow response times makes this TV seem 20 years old.

I really bought it for the company that visits me, is what I told myself originally but I've already enjoyed the company. I'm handicapped and wheelchair bound so it's nice to have noise in the house.
