They are small, and can easily and comfortably be moved from the tongue to the cheek. They are very discreet, no one will know you are even using them. The lozenges definitely reduced my urge to smoke and they kept that urge under control even after the lozenge had dissolved. As I continued to use these lozenges I found that each day I was thinking less about smoking as my desire to smoke reduced. They mint flavor isn't over powering, which is a plus. It was a little difficult to get use to in the beginning, which i would assume is normal but the more days you use the easier it gets.
