They taste great and dissolve very slowly which for me was a big help in aiding me to stop smoking. These completely took away my urge to smoke for at least 1 hour after taking each one. By taking 10 to 12 of these a day I was finally able to stop smoking. Thank you so much Member's Mark for making such a great product that actually works!

They had a spicy hit in the back of the throat that was very unpleasant, and shortly after I consumed it, I was extremely nauseous. I haven’t tried it again to see if it was just a one time thing or not, and I don’t think I will. It may work for others, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed.

I can take them anywhere. The Cherry Ice flavor is great. They take the edge off the cravings and they are great to have when you are somewhere that you are unable to smoke. I would recommend !
