There are 216 lozenges in the package which will last you a long time. They are small and easy to take. The cooling mint flavor tastes good too.

I was curious about what they tasted like so I tried one and they're pretty strong. You can immediately start to feel the cooling sensation. The flavor is cherry ice and the name suits it well. It's pretty intense but bearable. When I am committed to quiting I will give them a try.

After trying so long to stop smoking i think i may have finally done it this time. They help me not need a cigarette as often where as i used to chain smoke back to back when i was bored. Now when i pop one of those lozenges in my mouth, it takes the urge away a bit.

I love the size of the lozenges as they are small and do not sting your tounge or leave a thick coat or aftertaste after using unlike other similar products. I noticed after taking my irritability/ cravings are gone. The packaging is perfect as inside the box contains 8 mini "QuitTube" containers that you can throw in a bag or your pocket to easily take and access anytime you need. very easy directions on how to take and successfully quit smoking. one box contains enough lozenges for 12 weeks of use tapering in 3 groups, weeks 1-6, weeks 7-9 and weeks 10-12. Another great part is the packaging being tamper proof so children cannot easily open. overall an amazing product to help quit smoking in a convient, easy way. I love the Member's Mark brand in general as they offer great products for a fraction of the price as box box brands!
