I have never been a heavy smoker except in times of stress so it was not hard for me to give these pleasantly Cherry flavored lozengers a try. After 1 month of use, my cravings have decreased dramatically and I no longer smoke daily. The lozengers come in 8 and 4mg strengths. I received a box of 8 bottles containing enough for my quit smoking journey. I feel so much better and have began to do more with my non smoking friends and family members. Im not sure if it worked completely but I didn't want to smoke as much as I usually do so it has to have some type of effect. Usually the big ones I end up tossing out nearly the whole thing because its too much. But with these being the right size, i can handle it a lot better. It does have great taste but can become too strong relativly quick. But it does lessen the cravings in that time.

I recently tried the Member's Mark 4 mg Nicotine Polacrilex in the cherry flavor and I like them. They are small, about the size of a breath mint. The container has a twist off cap and it is easy and convenient to carry in my pocket or purse. I like having the ability to have them handy when I need them.

I have used these daily for the past two weeks, and I must say I am am quite impressed. The flavor is extremely strong, it’s like I ate a menthol cigarette x’s 5. The nicotine is very strong in these lozenges. Honestly I’m m not sure I’d be able to quit smoking by using these. The taste is just too overwhelming for me. Fire to say to improve your chances of quitting, that you should use at least 9 lozenges a day! Whoa! Way too much for me. I’d possibly opt for the lower mg maybe. Not quite sure. Either way, to each their own. Maybe if the flavor improved, I’d change my view on these. These are just simply not my jam.
