Getting the members mark lozenges from influenster to try to help ease the process was perfect. It even came with a nice mug too I popped one on mouth on quit day and thought I'd die. Sadly they made me cough worse than a cigarette. It's almost a peppery feeling in the throat. They are 4 MG soaybe just to strong. I will day I didn't want a cigarette. I had to spit it out before it was fully dissolved. I think I would prefer the patch for quitting.

The 4mg has stronger nicotine, and I always put 1 under my tongue, it lasts a while for me. I like the cherry ice flavor.
