My son let me know that these little lozenges do help him when the cravings hit hard. He still smokes but these help cut down on the amount that he smokes. She really liked the flavor, they are small so not to overwhelming. She had issues with patch so they never worked. She is now down to one cigarette a day I would call that a win!
