I like that they come with 216 lozenges in 8 mini containers. The containers are easy to open by pushing down on the lid and turning. He’s been taking one 2mg lozenge every 2 hours to help reduce his nicotine cravings. He likes the mint flavor, says it tastes pretty good. The lozenges are easy to take by placing in the mouth and letting it dissolve. He’s going to continue using these since they are definitely helping.

First, the bottle they are in is so compact and convenient, which is a huge plus. I really like the cherry flavor it leaves in your mouth and I really.like how small it is to put in-between your mouth and gums. At first, there is a little stinging sensation but after a minute or 2, it's gone. It's the nicotine hitting your gums but it doesn't hurt. I have not had a cigarette in 3 weeks and i feel very good! I feel like I can discreetly have one in my mouth without everyone knowing. Plus they're easy to take with you. I have been having less cravings to smoke. I love mint flavor and these are basically like eating candy. Right now using I'm using the 4mg. and hope to be lowering the 2mg. soon. Hoping for the best!

I have found that these lozenges have been extremely helpful on my journey to quit smoking and stay quit. They are very convenient the way they are packaged in tubes so I can have them readily available in my desk drawer, car console or toss them in my purse. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Member's Mark in exchange for my honest review and I'm so glad I did. This is gonna be a pretty long review because I really want to describe my experience with this product as well as possible. 1st of all I was expecting them to taste awful, and they actually have a decent cherry taste, but they're also quite peppery and I got a sensation in my mouth like I blew out a match and laid it on my tongue while it was still warm and it was quite unpleasant. After having the lozenge in my mouth for a minute it really started dissolving and the liquid from that happening was very substantial. As it pooled up in my mouth I immediately got the urge to swallow it but that is a big no no. The directions say to swallow as little as possible but you're also not supposed to spit it out, so it's really quite the conundrum and I ended up basically being forced to swallow it out of a lack of any other choice. A few seconds after I did my throat actually swelled up quite a bit and it was pretty alarming, really. But I kept with it and let it dissolve completely and the burning and tingling and throat swelling sensation slowly went away thank goodness. I was concerned there for a minute, lol. Afterwards my mouth was super, super, dry. About 20 minutes after taking the lozenge I really did feel quite a bit of relief from the nicotine cravings I had been having. I had forced myself to go without smoking for several hours before I took it and I have been smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day since I was about 12 and I'm 42 now so I was experiencing a whole lot of irritation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and anxiety. It was such a good feeling for those things to kinda go away that the bad experience I had of actually taking the lozenge was worth it. I've been sticking with it and taking several of them a day for a little over 2 months and I amazingly haven't smoked not even one cigarette, that's how effective these things are. The flavor is slightly sweet. I didn't care for how quickly they dissolved in my mouth, so I didn't feel like they satisfied my need to smoke.
