So, we were both interested in trying them in hopes it might help with our cravings to want to smoke cigarettes. In the hopes of it did work that I would purchase more to help him quit. I can quit cold turkey whenever. Well let me tell you these lozenges were the absolute worse. They cause a burning sensation in the back of your throat. They taste absolutely awful. I got super nauseous that I spit out the lozenge after just having it my mouth for a couple of minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to quit smoking. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure if we both had just weird experiences or if this happens to everyone. But I would definitely be cautious with this product.

Since since I started using this I have noticed a steady decrease decrease on wanting a cigarette. I have not been a heavy smoker but most days I was at an average of a half a pack a day. Before using these, I was down to an average of 5 cigarettes per day. I do not like the smell anymore on my hair and clothing. Plus my health is more important now.I usually do not smoke my first cigarette until about an hour after waking up. So I was matched with this 2mg tablet. I am in day 3 of No cigarettes and I feel super confident I can finally kick this old habit. I take one of these tablets maybe every 2 hours and especially if I am getting a craving. The mint flavor takes getting used to but is pleasant. They can take around 15 minutes to fully dissolve because you need to avoid drinking before or during the process for best results. Overall I am very impressed and this exact brand and flavor will be my go to. Highly recommend this method!

Getting the members mark lozenges from influenster to try to help ease the process was perfect. It even came with a nice mug too I popped one on mouth on quit day and thought I'd die. Sadly they made me cough worse than a cigarette. It's almost a peppery feeling in the throat. They are 4 MG soaybe just to strong. I will day I didn't want a cigarette. I had to spit it out before it was fully dissolved. I think I would prefer the patch for quitting.
