They did help with my nicotine cravings which allowed me to go longer in between cigarettes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice option to nicotine replacement, cherry ice flavor tastes good, contains a stop smoking aid that seems to curb the cravings and work, kind of has a warm sensation when letting the lozenge melt inside your mouth, take one about 30 minutes after you wake up if you normally smoke.

I don't really care for the flavor since it really isn't all that minty. They are very effective about helping curve that craving fairly quickly and it takes quite awhile before i use them again. Over all they are really good/ I definitely recommend them.
