I love the size of the lozenges as they are small and do not sting your tounge or leave a thick coat or aftertaste after using unlike other similar products. I noticed after taking my irritability/ cravings are gone. The packaging is perfect as inside the box contains 8 mini "QuitTube" containers that you can throw in a bag or your pocket to easily take and access anytime you need. very easy directions on how to take and successfully quit smoking. one box contains enough lozenges for 12 weeks of use tapering in 3 groups, weeks 1-6, weeks 7-9 and weeks 10-12. When I placed the first lozenge in my mouth, I could taste the nice cherry flavor, however, the longer I sucked on it, it began to have an almost burning type of taste that lingered long after the lozenge was gone. It did lessen my desire to smoke. It's a great alternative to smoking or when smoking is just not convenient.

I use them a couple of times a day. I have been using them to help me quit smoking and they have been working well. They help me have less cravings. They have a minty taste which is nice. They dissolve easily under my tongue. I like that each tube contains 27 lozenges because each tube lasts me a while. I also really like the mini lozenges. They are a good size and dissolve much more easily under the tongue.

However, as it dissolves, I started getting a weird taste and feeling in my throat. Kind of scratchy and it made me cough. I need to drink or eat something after using these to get the taste and feeling out of my throat. They do take the edge off when your trying to quit smoking and help keep the cravings from getting too strong though. I definately think they help with stopping smoking.
