I love the Cherry Ice flavor as cherry and mint are my typical go to flavors so this has both in one. I’ve been reducing my smoking and nicotine usage since March 2020. Lung damage/tobacco use is such a huge risk factor for negative health outcomes in so many ways! Having these in my arsenal when I have a craving has been so great, and it helps to break the muscle memory and physical habit of smoking. Also, you can do it anywhere! It's honestly got a good flavor and not a bad after taste like some other brands I've tried. As far as helping the actual smoking cessation, the 2mg would be great for someone who has been a little further along in the quiting process then myself. Overall great product.
