The lozenge is great for having something to do with your mouth. It helps as part of a system to quit (I need lots of support as well).

For the amount that comes in the box, it’s definitely plenty for the price but the flavoring could be more natural than artificial

I have been a smoker for many years & have been trying to kick the habit or at least cut back , with the help of the lozenges they lessen the crave. These also have a nice flavor as well. I found myself craving cigarettes less although I still continued to smoke some. I really liked the size of the lozenges and they taste good. I do think with the right mindset and continous use of the lozenges it could really help you quit smoking.

They worked decently well and the taste was alright. I do normally snoke menthols and our state is banning them so this was a perfect alternative
