During the duration of this program I’ve significantly cut back on smoking. I’ve went from a whole pack to half. I really enjoyed testing this product and can say it does work.

They are small, almost similar to a tic tac which isn't too bad and the flavor is not horrible like some lozenges I have tried in the past. I am going to continue to use and see if I can finally quit smoking this time!

Buying in bulk helps a lot and since these are mini you do not have to worry about running out. I like that when I wake up these take away my cravings. I'm not quite ready to quit just yet, but I have begun preparing for it by decreasing the amount I smoke daily, with the help of the Lozenges. The Cherry Ice flavor is better than the mint I believe.
