It is certainly an adjustment to get used to using lozenges over smoking, but I know it's a positive change for my health.

They can definitely help reduce cravings and ultimately cut back up to wedding the use of other tobacco products. They are not going to work without the willpower and effort needed to quit however someone who has the willpower to wet with the use of this product will succeed.

I am not a fan of mint flavored things so I was so happy to see this flavor! The Lozenges are in small containers and they are super small too so I can slip them in my pocket or pocketbook and no one knows they are there. When I feel the urge to smoke I can use one and it curbs my craving for nicotine. They taste great too cherry with a slight cooling cooling sensation . These really have helped me to quit.

If you can just get past the hand to mouth routine and replace getting your nicotine from these lozenges, you are going to be in great shape. They don’t have the horrible taste from products long ago. It’s almost like a small candy. Tastes really good and stops the craving in their tracks. These would also make a great gift if you know someone who has struggled with quitting.

I wanted to quit smoking for a very long time, but I delayed everything. On day X, I decided to quit not in the morning, but in the afternoon, so the most difficult time for canceling was at night and in the morning it was a little easier. It has a rather specific taste, but not at all nasty. At first it seemed that it wasn’t helping, but I began to gasp for air deeply, as if I was smoking, my throat was twitching slightly, it looked like, so after a couple of minutes of such fun, the panic passed ... wait out periods of panic and that's it, not for long, from 5 to 15 minutes, and lollipops in this for me turned out to be a huge helper! I used it for 2 weeks, gradually reducing the amount. Now I do without them. I really recommend it to those who decide to give up their nasty habit!
