They were very bitter and I would never try a second one. I received this item as a free trial and had nothing to lose. To my surprise they had an excellent flavor and I am able to use the lozenges as a replacement for a cigarette as I am trying to quit smoking! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to quit and need assistance in doing such! It truly helps keep the urges down and can not wait to be smoke free!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this box for my honest review As I'm a current smoker currently trying to cut down I said what the heck and gave this a try the flavor is OK nothing special & is slow to dissolve I was able to not have a cigarette for about 6 hours that night I took another 1 I must say dont take if your planning to go to bed anytime soon after as I couldn't sleep not sure if related but wanted to share

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is this one has numerous little tubes of all the same flavor. great to have the tubes to be able to go in your purse or have one in the car keep one in your office and keep several at home. I found the mint flavor in this one was exceptionally strong at first. After using several times the mint flavor becomes not so strong and overpowering. Does work in removing most of the cravings for the cigarette.

Getting the members mark lozenges from influenster to try to help ease the process was perfect. It even came with a nice mug too I popped one on mouth on quit day and thought I'd die. Sadly they made me cough worse than a cigarette. It's almost a peppery feeling in the throat. They are 4 MG soaybe just to strong. I will day I didn't want a cigarette. I had to spit it out before it was fully dissolved. I think I would prefer the patch for quitting.
