The nest door bell connects to your phone where you can respond to a certain activity that is around your door. I like the nest door bell. I definitely recommend the nest door bell.

Does not work--would not activate. Spent hours reviewing information on website and chat rooms, then several hours with Google on line. Google tech support had all kinds of interesting suggestions, none of which worked. I waited too long to return for refund. Avoid

So add some much-needed peace of mind especially if you live in a busy area like we do. You will welcome the extra eye it provides, and get one for a friend to show them you care!!

I love being able to see and talk to my customers when I am in the back and the only one here, it keeps prospective new customers from walking away without being able to speak to some one.

I live in an urban neighborhood with detached one family homes on small lots, with houses set back about 50 feet from the sidewalk. Every time someone walks, runs, cycles or drives past, on either side of the street, the doorbell sends an alert. This is much too sensitive. In addition, the doorbell isn't set up to send an audio tone to my phone, so if I'm in the back of the house, I won't know if anyone is at the door until I happen to look at my phone. I understand that I could get an audio alert if I had a Google device, but why should I have to do that?The door bell may be useful for suburban neighborhoods, but it's useless and annoying in neighborhoods like mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very, very simple to install. Connected easily to my home wifi. It has a great picture and clarity. We are just renting so with it being battery operated, it will be easy to remove and take with us. I like the Google Nest line of products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nest Doorbell with Battery is awesome. I was about to get the Ring Doorbell but you have to Subscribe to use it. The Nest Doorbell you don't need a Subscription to use the Nest and I like that a lot. One thing is the camera isn't the best but for what you get with it it's worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this Nest Doorbell a few weeks ago and I love it. I don't have to worry about my house if I am gone and the camera quality is second to none. It has a clear picture that is synced with an app where you can view the doorbells security cam as well as review videos. Comes with easy to read instructions which makes the installation easy. The build is very good and seems sturdy. The rechargeable battery makes it easy to place anywhere without relying on wires. Overall, this a very cool home security device that can give you peace of mind.

Super easy to install and the picture quality is outstanding. I am now able to find out who is allowing there dogs to go in my yard. Best option is answering the door from my phone.
