It's pretty but it toasts well on the top, but the bottom part is undone,  bread like. I'm going to see if I can return it

It's ok

Worked great for 2 weeks perfect toasts… not even a month of owning it and it is broken.  I would avoid this toaster.

Avoid it

I just bought this two weeks ago and it's already broken. Very minimal use. 
It is pretty to look at.

Beautiful but useless

After 1 year the resistance detached from the side and bread kept falling bottom of the toaster and cannot be removed easily 😭

Heat resistance detached after 1 year

I really like this toaster. It toasts bread for the most part evenly. Its also fun to watch. If you see your toast overcooking you can cancel it and not end up with burnt toast.

Retro functional Toaster

Love being able to see the bread as it’s being toasted! The reheat feature is great! My Westie Daisy and I love toast! Can’t wait to try the bagel feature too!

Seeing Is Believing!

I bought this for my daughter to have at college. She really liked it at first, but it stopped working in less than a month. It heated up, but the lever would not lock down. She's going to return it and try again. Hopefully the next one lasts at least through the semester.

Stopped working within a month

I love this toaster. I purchased the white and love it. This is very sleek and good looking. I like that it fits against the wall and does not take up counter space. It toasts evenly and is easy to use. I read some bad reviews, but I don't think that they are using common sense when using it and applying the correct settings. I like the Dash products. I bought the griddle, and it is great also.
