[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the closest they’ve made to underwear yet they are combiner thin and basically comfortable. And progress from others out there but basically a pull up and loud and the pad sometimes unsticks and will stick to you. So yay for progress but still much more to go there has to be some way to make inexpensive non diaper depends but congrats for the progress these are it until they do!! The absorbency is good for a small pad the coverage is also good just work on the fabric so we don’t feel like we are wearing pull ups!!

These feel much more like regular underwear than a protective garment their lightweight flexible and discreet under clothing. I understand it needs to be large for more coverage but perhaps my body type is not best for it as it feels heavy in that area. Best to wear with dresses rather than pants.

I find the Depend fresh protection bladder leak underwear to be very comfortable, convenient and easy to wear day or night. They are easy to put on as there is some decoration/embellishment on the front so you don't get them on backwards. I am 126 pounds and the medium fit me just fine. They're rather stretchy so I probably could wear a small but I'm very comfortable with the medium. I really prefer wearing this panty style of protection when going out and not always knowing when I'll be able to find a restroom. These give me peace of mind. These are very absorbent and I have never had them leak through. I can go 24 hours with the same pair if necessary (obviously not wet!) I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the confidence of not having an embarrassing accident.
