It works ok for light bladder leaks, for me the leg opening did not fit snugly enough , so I felt like leaks could escape from sides more easily. It may work better for someone with very light leakage. I did not feel fully sercue using it for longer periods.

I didn't had to worry about accidental leaks as it is capable of absorbing the small leaks. After repeated leaks, it got little bulkier and then I had to change one sooner than I expected.

Recently had surgery that I decided I would try this product because I have bladder control issues. Was very impressed with product and highly recommend it. The fit was very accurate and comfortable. I had no problems with leakage. Great product especially for aging adults.

Have tried other brands, but for me, these are the best. Have recently put on weight, so switched to a larger size. Oddly enough, the larger size does not fit as well. That is mostly the padded part staying in place. The larger size does the job, but the smaller gives me the confidence of feeling completely secure all the time I’m wearing it. So, guess what I’m saying is, you don’t have to worry about getting exactly the correct size.! They are really comfortable regardless.
