Very soft and breathable and very comfortable through the day without chafing. It's safe for light to moderate bladder leaks, good for one day and toss it right out! Very essential for road trips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are too big on the bottom so when you pee there is like a ball just sitting there so everyone can see. They work great. They just don't feel very comfy after. They stay in place and the design is ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the good: The product was gray, which I liked instead of the usual diaper-ish white, which is usual. Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.

In my view, this product may be suitable for modest to medium incontinence levels. It is not a safe or reliable product for heavy flows. The product is further complicated for the user because it is almost always impossible to remove the used product by tearing the seams on either side. (Note: be sure to keep scissors handy in your bathroom; you’ll need them.)

I have to wear them only at night because of a sleep medication that I take sometimes makes me leak or not make it to the restroom in time. These underwear definitely hold a large amount of fluid comfortably. I got a size medium and I'm a 12-14 US size in pants and they fit wonderfully. They have a dark pattern on the top edge of one side letting you know that is the front side of the pants. Since I only wear them at night I can reuse them if I don't have any accidents and they don't get all soft and start to tear like other brands. They are very soft and comfortable to wear and not bulky at all. Disposal is easy and there is no lingering odor detected. I would highly recommend if you have any bladder issues going on.

It leaves me feeling fresh for hours and doesn't have the strong artificial smell that some similar the fabric is Extended where I didn't notice any irritation redness or discomfort. It feels gentle enough for every day use. I really like how breathable the material is air flows well through the fabric helping prevent that hot sweaty feeling even after wearing them for several hours, they remained comfortable and dry. These feel much more like regular underwear than a protective garment their lightweight flexible and discreet under clothing. The elastic waistband provides a secure fit without feeling too tight making them comfortable enough to wear all day.
