Rattling noise making me crazy

I'm a big fan of LG and it works it refreshes the room but the rattling noise drives me crazy. It's too noisy I think mine is faulty I bought it today .... Should have read more reviews...

Terrible experience.

The product failed within 2 months of purchase. Main control board failure. After 7 weeks from opening the claim, LG has still not resolved the situation.

The description for this is not accurate. It is really 10,000 BTU for 450 square feet. We feel we may have overpaid for what we received. The model number on the box matches what we ordered, so we're pretty sure they sent us the right thing.

Cold and Quiet High Quality Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high demand unit for a reason. It works. The tech on this unit is much newer then other units and it is evident on how well it cools. All the heat transfer/thermo arguments aside between indoor/versus outdoor units this unit really pushes cold air. If you have a larger bedroom 15ft x15ft it will work perfect even with a high solar load, older window house with eastern exposure. This unit work so well it can cool the entire upper level. The sound on low and med fan it very tolerable. On high it would be to loud to sleep but it would have then froze out the room by then. The air flow is really good. They could have made it a bit quieter if the aid duct was full width on the top vent but that doesn't affect performance. Mounting attachments are great. Its a heavy unit but if you want cheap junk then buy something light weight. This a full ton of cooling. The compressors are very quiet. Energy bills was not impacted much at all due to the dual compressors. The shipping box it comes in really needs a redo and can lead to damage. Ensure you check the unit for damage from the shippers. The remote works fine no issue. I did not hook up the Bluetooth, that process is a bit of pain from the website. Great unit overall. Would buy again but only need one!
