this is what would be called EXTRA SHARP cheese. My wife likes mild cheddar cheese and I love that super sharp Italian cheese with a kick. My wife bought this thinking it was mild and much to my happiness it was perfect for my tastes

This is a nice sharp cheese that is smooth. I eat enough to go through it fairly quickly. If you don’t use it quickly cut into smaller chunks and seal in in bags. If it gets moist it will mold.

This is delicious cheese. It is unfortunately not available in Colonial Heights, VA Sams. I must travel to the Midlothian, VA Sams to buy it.

Great flavor

Amazing price for a very fine sharp cheddar. As good as some I’ve paid over $20/lb at specialty cheese shops. Best at room temperature with plain, crisp crackers, and with Honeycrisp apples or Bosc pears.
