Deep, aged cheddar taste. This is perfect for shredding to make a quality Mac and Cheese, or using as a layer in a panini sandwich. It's vegetarian too - like most of their cheeses, they make it with microbial rennet (i.e. non-calf).

Have been buying this cheese for the last few yrs, great cheddar. Unfortunately, my local Sams suddenly quit carrying it. Sooooo disappointed!!!!!!!!!. Sure hope it returns soon.

The sharpness is on point. Always a great choice for eating by itself, pairs well with cured and smoked meats, or use it in macaroni and cheese for a different but welcomed taste.

I rarely write a review much less a negative one. However, I cannot believe the texture of this cheese. It is very wet and crumbles like crazy. You cannot begin to slice it much less shred it. I do not know if ths package I just bought had been frozen (prior to my purchase). The expiration date is in 2019. Photo attached.

It has a sharp taste, great on everything..tacos, salad, apple pie, crackers Please bring it back to Ocala Sam's Club!
