This used to be a good creamy cheese but the last 2 times I've bought it is really gritty even if I shred or melt it it's so gritty I can't eat it. I hope they fix this issue because this was my favorite cheese.

Made truly creamy mac and cheese. After draining mac, I added butter, 1/2 & 1/2, and slices or chunks of cheese. I put the lid on for awhile and stirred a bit and it was super creamy and did not separate like shredded sometimes does. I could taste the quality. Side note - About 10 years ago, the family toured the Cabot facility. They provide a great tour with samples. Great quality!

If you like cheddar, you can't go wrong with this. But double-check the price using the Scan&Go feature in the Sam's Club app. I picked up two yesterday, but they rang up at the regular price. So rather than find an associate, I just put them back on the shelf.

This used to be somewhat dry and crumbly but now it's more what I can only describe as wet and rubbery. They must have changed the recipe, aging process or something else lately. Normally this is a 5 star cheese but now just a little above average. Wish they would have left this product alone cause it used to be great.

This cheese has the consistency of previously frozen cheese. I can barely slice it. It just crumbles. I've tried using different knives and I'm still getting the same result. It will be okay for cooking but that wasn't what I bought it for. I won't buy it again.
