My family loves this cheese! I shared it with my daughter and her family and my brother. I had to buy some for them as well! This cheese has a nice sharp taste to it and is crumbly! It’s great on eggs and burgers!

Please stop buying this cheese! There is none left for me! Best cheese ever! Whenever I can find it (never at my Sams in Bristol, Va anymore!) I clear the shelf! Yes, I'm THAT person! It shreds nicely, goes on eggs, tacos, quiche, you name it, it makes it better! But please, please, please, people, for the love of man, don't buy this cheese! If this runs out, there will be consequences!

We've been buying this cheese for 20 years as it is the best extra sharp cheddar we have had! My only complaint is that is it not available at our local Sam's Club and we have to travel to the next furthest store to get it!

Aged beautifully. Sharp, creamy, excellent texture. Amazing value for a world class creamery. Excellent with a few crackers, melted on sourdough or grated and added to some Yukon golds!

A sharp cheddar that is actually sharp Great flavor, reminiscent of British Cheddar cheese.

This must have been a “bad” batch. The cheese is overly dry and crumbly. Not as tasty as usual.
