Great creaminess, texture and taste

This mozzarella cheese is a mild flavored cheese. I use it for pizza. It melts nicely and is everything you can want. It is also delicious in pasta, and even in enchiladas. I cut it in chunks and freeze since it is a huge (5) lb Amount.

Please bring back mozzerella cheese in block form. Not all people want pre-shredded cheese filled with flour or cornstarch. Most of Sam's pre-shredded doesn't even melt. I want to shred my own. Thank you!

Have enjoyed Stella Mozzarella for decades. So glad Sams Club carries the 10 lb loaf. A very flavorful cheese with just the perfect hint of saltiness.
