Member's Mark Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, while not the best mozzarella, like imported mozzarella, is still a great mozzarella for all kinds of domestic uses either in dishes or just for snacks.

This is the perfect cheese for pizza! We buy this and a case of pizza dough from the Sam’s deli, and we make our own pizza. It is WAY better than your typical takeout pizza, at a fraction of the cost—and the kids like to help.

This cheese shreds perfectly, melts awesome and tastes great. Much cheaper to buy this and shred for pizzas or calzones and the fresh shred melts perfectly.

I purchased Member’s Mark Mozzarella Cheese on April 5th and was shocked to find that the “Use By” date was March 22nd, already two weeks expired at the time of purchase. It’s unacceptable for expired products to still be on the shelves, especially perishable items like cheese. This raises serious concerns about quality control and food safety at Sam’s Club. Disappointed and frustrated.
