Best mozzarella cheese block anywhere! We buy this cheese as a regular staple for sandwiches and quesadillas. Excellent flavor, texture and quality. Price is very reasonable.

Member's Mark Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, while not the best mozzarella, like imported mozzarella, is still a great mozzarella for all kinds of domestic uses either in dishes or just for snacks.

This cheese shreds perfectly, melts awesome and tastes great. Much cheaper to buy this and shred for pizzas or calzones and the fresh shred melts perfectly.

This is the perfect cheese for pizza! We buy this and a case of pizza dough from the Sam’s deli, and we make our own pizza. It is WAY better than your typical takeout pizza, at a fraction of the cost—and the kids like to help.

Great texture

Please bring back mozzerella cheese in block form. Not all people want pre-shredded cheese filled with flour or cornstarch. Most of Sam's pre-shredded doesn't even melt. I want to shred my own. Thank you!

After my first block of mozzarella fromSam’s, I became addicted. Well, they have changed brands to Member’s Mark. If you liked the previous brand (Chefs something?) don’t bother with this new one. This mozzarella is hard, almost like cheddar cheese hard. It is dry. It is too salty. I don’t know what I will do with this. After the first slice, I no longer will have mozzarella as my go to snack. I’m thinking it will end up like hard rubber when used to cook/bake, since that is how it is starting out. So disappointed.
