Awesome tender small artichokes. Great that they are not in oil or other nasty added ingredients. You can use them in so so much from eggs to steak and salad

They were wonderful in the beginning but after being opened for 2 months the hearts got all soft and mushy. I had only eaten half a jar so the rest had to be thrown out. I think the water made them go soft.

These are super tasty and tender artichokes. Four stars because the jar is impossible to open unless you have giant man hands. I have to get out my filter wrench to get this lid off (every time), because the lid is just too big.

These are the best artichoke hearts, and bottled in a nice convenient size bottle. Not too big or small quantity. Since it is in brine, love eating as is or throwing into any pasta dish (especially pesto pasta dishes). Makes for a great healthy snack, too!

I grew up eating artichokes, but preparing them and pulling all the leaves is a lot of work. This is a way of getting to the heart of the matter without all that work and getting the Great Taste! I add these artichoke hearts to many other dishes. They are delicious!
