Best artichoke hearts. They’re in glass instead of a can and they’re packed in water not oil or dressing. I take them out and give them a quick soak in a vinaigrette if I’m putting them in a salad. If I’m cooking with them they come right out of the jar. Some get lost in my ‘tasting’ every time!

These are the best, and I mean, the best artichokes I have ever eaten. I do not fuss with a fresh artichokes, so I'm I've always bought marinated in olive oil or just water seasoned unseasoned. Trying so many different brands and always finding tough ones leaves et cetera. I was strolling down the aisle and came across these Arctic choke hearts, and just sitting in that Char, they look so beautiful and uniform. So I picked up a jar, and now I pop them in my mouth on a whim, use them in salads, omelets, stir frys, italian dishes, you name it. I can tell you, You won't be disappointed. Though I hope they never raise the price with all its popularity.

These were out of stock for a long time. Thankfully they are back. I puree them in my Ninja (not the water from the jar) and add italian dressing to it. I use it as a sauce (think like a pizza sauce) on a Joseph's Flax Seed wrap. I add goat cheese and the yummy Campari tomatos. Put in toaster oven at 350 for about 7-10 minutes. YUM and almost no carbs.

These artichoke cards are tender and juicy. I put them in salads, but I also make the stuffed artichoke casserole. Because these are packed in brine, they don't dry out while you're cooking the casserole.

These are small artichoke hearts rather than chunks of larger hearts, they work well for recipes/salads wherever you want them to start mostly intact. Flavor is really good, these are not muddled with marinade and the liquid they come in is very neutral.

These are delicious!! Just make sure to eat them in a timely manner. First time I bought them I opened the jar and looked at the expiration date and was thinking “oh I have plenty of time to eat these” lol. Yeah, I didn’t see that once you open them you should consume I think it says either 7 or 14 days. If you plan on using a lot of them then these are perfect.

I LOVE these artichokes. I use them in many different recipes. I like that they are packed in water and I can use them without washing off oil and spices! I want to add my own spices/seasonings/oils. The jar is large enough that I can make a family dish without opening many cans. ( I should not say this because the price will go up) but they are a TREMENDOUS bargain for the price!!! A small can from the grocery store is $4.00 and UP this whole jar was $6.99 and it had more in it than 4 cans from other stores. So if you love artichokes like we do and make all kinds of amazing things with them buy these they are delicious and a fantastic bargain for the price!

The inedible part of the artichoke has been trimmed away very well. I use them on salad every day and was out of town not near a Sam's. I had to try what was available - tried a store brand and a national brand. Both were a big disappointment compared to the Members Mark product.

One reason I love these because they are packed in water. I would give them five stars, except for the fact that it seems every jar has a couple that have very tough outer leaves and sometimes bad spots. I keep a backup or two in my pantry at all times. Because of the water pack they are such a versatile product.

I have been buying these artichokes for quite a few years, because I make a salad with them, that we love. The product is great, but the packaging is terrible. The extreme width of the jar opening and the fact that the lid is so tight makes it near impossible to get into it. This last time, we almost gave up and returned it -when we finally got it open. At that time, I told my husband that I guess I could not buy them any longer!
